Weathering course concrete with broken jelly 20mm size and pure slaked lime over RCC roof slab, the proportion being 32:12.5 for required depth of 80mm for giving required slope and thickness of roof on required, well beaten with wooden beater etc, complete with standard specifications.

Finishing the top of roof with one course of machine pressed tiles 20cmx 20cmx20mm of approved quality laid in cm 1:3,12mm thick mixed with water proofing compound 2% by weight of cement used etc, complete with standard specifications.

Earthwork excavation for foundation in all soils except hard rock requiring blasting to a full depth with initial lead of 10 m and lift of 2m etc., complete (SS 20B) as directed by the Dept, Officers.

Brick work in Lime Mortar 1:1.5 using country brick of size 83/4"x41/4"x23/4" including cost and conveyance of all materials and labour charges and all other incidental charges etc completc complying with standard specification.

Plastering with Lime mortar 1:1.5,(One Lime and one & half sand),12mm thick including cost and conveyance of all materials and all labour charges, curing etc,complete complying with standard specifications

Painting two coats of newly plastered wall surface with ready mixed plastic emulsion paint of first class quality and of approved colour over a priming coat including thorough scrapping, clean removal of dirt, and including necessary plaster of paris putty, wherever required etc., complete complying with standard specification.
