Demolition of cement concrete (un-reinforced) of any description and in any position (below or above GL at any ht) not otherwise specifically provide for complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolition of brick work or stone boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quions, arches, pillars etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete any description and in any position such as roofs, floors, beams, staircase, landing, chajjas, facia and similar suspended work (reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Taking down cement plaster on brick/ stone walls etc including raking out joints, hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Taking down chowkhats/ frames n.exc 1.5 Sqm including shutters (without taking off shutters from the frames) including removing grill etc and depositing to store complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Refixing of shutters in the same opening including taking down and easing and adjusting complete exc 1.00 sqm and not exc 2.00 sqm complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for reinforced cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate ) as in Slabs supported on walls, beams and columns in floors, roofs, landings, balconies, canopies, deck slabs and in shelves and the like, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for Form work to soffits of suspended slabs such as roof slabs rough finished surface of concrete flat not exc 200mm thick complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia & over, cut to length, bent to shape reqd including cranking, bending specially for columns, hooking ends & binding with MS wire annealed not less than 0.9 mm dia welding as required at site complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge

M&L for mild steel TMT bars 6 to 8mm dia, cut to length, bent to shape reqd including cranking, bending specially for columns, hooking ends & binding with MS wire annealed not less than 0.9 mm dia welding as required at site complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for Plain cement concrete 1:7:12, Type F2 (using 40mm graded aggregate) as in sunken filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour for Water proofing treatment to sunken portion and adjoining walls of kitchen, WC, Bath & Toilet, etc complete all as specified as under:- (a) 15 mm plaster in cement mortar (1:3) mixed with water proofing compound as per manufacturer’s instructions after roughning and cleaning the surface. (b) Curing the sunken portion with water minimum for 48 hours by ponding. (c) Applying 3mm thick APP membrane with bitumen by torch application to the treated sunken surface over a coat of primer as per manufacturers instructions. (d) Joints/ Traps/ WC/ soil pipes shall be properly sealed with approved sealing compound.

M&L for Plain cement concrete 1:3:6, Type C1 (using 20mm graded aggregate) as in sub base floor complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour for brick work with sub class ‘B’ bricks, old size bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6 metre mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for brick work with sub class 'B' bricks straight/curved on plan to any radius, built in cement mortar 1:4, as in half brick thick walls complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M & L for rendering 15 mm thick in Cement Mortar 1:6 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surface, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. (Note : Necessary scaffolding, safety precaution and other arrangement shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rates.)

M & L rendering 15mm thick in Cement Mortar 1:4, on fair faces of brick work or concrete surface, finished even and smooth without using extra cement and mixing only integral water proofing compound (WPC) as per manufacturer instruction, and mixing only integral water proofing compound as per manufacturer instruction complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. (Note: 1. WPC shall be paid separately . 2. Necessary scaffolding, safety precaution and other arrangement shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rates)

M&L Rendering 10mm thick in CM 1:3, on fair faces of concrete surface of ceiling, finished even and surface without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. (Note : Necessary scaffolding, safety precaution and other arrangement shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rates.)

M&L for Glazed ceramic coloured tiles in vertical surfaces of size 350 x 250x 7mm or 450mm x 350mm x7mm thick, set and jointed in neat cement slurry over and including 10 mm thick rendering in Cement Mortar 1:4 for receiving the tiles including dismantling old tiles and removal of debries complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for Non-Skid ceramic coloured tiles, 7mm to 8mm thick, area of each tile exc 0.11 Sqm but n. exc 0.18 sqm as in floor etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match, over & including 15 mm thick cement mortar 1:6 screed bed for floor finishes including dismantling old tiles and removal of debries complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Demolition of stone slabs of any description or thickness in floors/ walls laid bedded and pointed in any mortar etc. complete and removal of debris outside MD land complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour for 18 to 20 mm thick Granite, machine cut (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) as in steps, jambs, pillars, window-cills, cooking plateform and like in cement mortar pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite over and including 15 mm thick screed bed in Cement Mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fixing factory made uPVC white colour fixed glazed window/ ventilator frame, made of (small series) of size 47 x 50 mm mullion 47 x 68 mm both having wall thickness of 1.9 ± 0.2 mm and single glazing bead of appropriate dimension (Area upto 0.75 sqm) comprising of uPVC multi-chambered frame and mullion (where ever required) extruded profiles duly reinforced with 1.60 ± 0.2 mm thick galvanized mild steel section made from roll forming process of required length (shape & size according to uPVC profile), uPVC extruded glazing beads of appropriate dimension, EPDM gasket, G.I. fasteners 100 x 8 mm size for fixing frame to finished wall, plastic packers, plastic caps and necessary stainless steel screws etc. Profile of frame shall be mitred cut and fusion welded at all corners, mullion (if required) shall be also fusion welded including drilling of holes for fixing hardware's and drainage of water etc. After fixing frame the gap between frame and adjacent finished wall shall be filled with weather proof silicon sealant over backer rod of required size and of approved quality, all complete as per approved drawing & direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Note: 1. Glass shall be measured and paid separately. 2. For uPVC frame, sash and mullion extruded profiles minus 5% tolerance in dimension i.e. in depth & width of profile shall be acceptable. Variation in profile dimension in higher side shall be accepted but no extra payment on this account shall be made.

S&F Factory made single extruded WPC (Wood Polymer Composite) solid door/ window/ Ceosetory windows & other Frames/ Chowkhat of size 50 x 100 mm comprising of virgin PVC polymer of K value 58-60 (Suspension Grade), calcium carbonate and natural fibers (wood powder/ rice husk/ wheat husk) and non toxic additives (maximum toxicity index of 12 for 100 gms) fabricated with miter joints after applying PVC solvent cement and screwed with full body threaded star headed SS screws having minimum frame density of 750 kg/ cum, screw withdrawal strength of 2200 N (Face) & 1100 N (Edge), minimum compressive strength of 58 N/mm2, modules of elasticity 900 N/mm2 and resistance to spread of flame of Class A category with property of being termite/borer proof, water/ moisture proof and fire retardant and fixed in position with MS hold fast/ lugs/SS dash fasteners of required dia and length complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. (M.S. hold fast/ lugs or SS dash fasteners shall be paid for separately) all as specified as per Manufacturer broucher complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F Factory made single extruded WPC (Wood Polymer Composite) solid plain flush door shutter of 30mm size comprising of virgin polymer of K value 58-60 (Suspension Grade), calcium carbonate and natural fibers (wood powder/ rice husk/ wheat husk) and non toxic additives (maximum toxicity index of 12 for 100 gms) having minimum density of 650 kg/cum and screw withdrawal strength of 1800 N (Face) & 900 N (Edge), minimum compressive strength 50 N/mm2, modulus of elasticity 850 N/mm2 and resistance to spread of flame of Class A category with property of being termite/borer proof, water/ moisture proof and fire retardant and fixing with stainless steel butt hinges of required size with necessary full body threaded star headed counter sunk S.S screws, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour for 100 mm plain cement concrete 1:4:8, type D-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in bed to drain pipes including packing under & haunching against the sides of pipes (150mm bore pipe) after the pipe are laid and tested complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

All as per serial item No 76 here-in-before but for 200mm bore of pipe.

M&L for Salt-glazed stoneware drain pipe grade ‘A’ 150mm bore, ISI marked, jointed with cement mortar, laid in trenches and tested complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

All as per serial item No 78 here-in-before but internal dia of pipe 200mm.

Material and labour for cutting into existing manholes for connecting new drains, making good to pipe and rendering, cutting out existing benching for and forming branch channel (1/2 round or ¾ section) in plain cement concrete 1:2:4, type B1, smooth finished, and reforming benching as required, upto internal dia of pipe 150 mm all as specified and directed.

All as per serial item No. 80 herein before but internal dia of pipe 200mm.

Supply and fixing 100mm bore cast iron soil waste and vent pipes, in any length with or without ears with cement joints laid in trenches or in floors, fixed as in repair complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Taking down copper/ aluminum point wiring for (light, fan, socket point 5/15 amps) complete including fitting such as switches, ceiling rose, light fittings, sockets, bulb holder, ceiling roses etc removing materials to store for keeping in safe custody or for taking credit (credit for above items should be made as per conditions separately) and making good disturbed surface of walls, floors etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.
