Per Sqm. Area, thickness of 2.5mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC:35. The finished surface to level, uniform and free from streks and holes. The thermoplastic compound shall be screeded/extruded on the surface in moltan state by suitable machine capable of controlled preparation and laying of surface application of glass beads at a specific rate. The marking should be capable of resisting deformation by traffic, it should not be slippery when wet and marking shall not deteriorate by contact with sodium chloride, Calcium chloride or oil dropping from traffic. The material shall be free from all skin, dirt and foreign objects and shall comply as per table 800-9 and 800-10 complete in all respect as per Clause 803.4.1 of MORT&H specification (5th revision) and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.
