M&L for dismantling of 30-35 KVA Engine of any model/make includingrepair and replacement of the piston ring,Liner,CR Bearing , Main bearing , Turbo repair works , lathe works radiator service Hose pipes, Banjo pipes , V Belt, Fuel pump and water pump repair Nozzle calibration, Valve set Head repair etc incluing testing and all as specified and directed of 30 KVA Capacity. Warrnaty upto 01 year will be provided to Department. (Cost of repair does not inclusive of Crank, Block, Head, Camshaft,Alternator repairand replacement of fuel pump and damaged part.)

Servicing only upto 30 KVA DG Set including replacement of oil filter, fuel filter and Air filter including repalcment of mobil oil etc all as specified and directed at site.

Servicing only upto 63 KVA DG Set- 125 KVA including replacement of oil filter, fuel filter and Air filter including repalcment of mobil oil etc all as specified and directed at site.

Servicing only upto 400 KVA including replacement of oil filter, fuel filter and Air filter including repalcment of mobil oil etc all as specified and directed at site.

Servicing only upto 200 KVA including replacement of oil filter, fuel filter and Air filter including repalcment of mobil oil etc all as specified and directed at site.(Mahindra)

M/L Dismantling and taking out radiator assembly for cleaning , maintenance and repair works like welding and other connected works etc for 30 KVA -125 KVA DG sets . Dismantling and transportation charges upto workshop will be included in the cost of works complete.

M/L replacement of contactor (MNX Type) for 200 KVA DG set installed at Auditorium Shokhuvi

M/L for repair maint of Dynamo assembly complete including testing all as specified and directed at site. (upto 125 KVA capacity)

M/L replacement of battery connecting lead battery lead terminal brass of approved qulaity

Supply and tsting of 12V ,180 AHC lead Acid battery of approved qulaity (Make: EXIDE/BOSCH/ LUMINIOUS)
