Making of Highest Flood Level in the Downstream of Ghepan Ghat lake at various vulnerable location under Keylong Division, Tehsil Keylong, District Lahaul Spiti HP

Excavation in foundations, trenches etc. in earth work, lift upto 1.50 metres stacking the excavated soil not more than 3 metres clear from the edge of excavation and then returning the stacked soil in 15cm layers, when required in to plinths sides of foundations etc., consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering and then disposing of all surplus excavated earth as directed within a lead of 20 metres complete in all respects as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge. (Pick work 90% & Jumper work 10%)

Providing and laying in position of reinforced cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement - All work up to plinth level in all leads and lifts and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in- charge.

Providing and laying steel reinforcement (Tor Steel) for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto floor two level in all leads and lifts and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in- charge.

Providing and fixing centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for all heights : Walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, butteresses, plinth and string courses etc. in all leads and lifts and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in- charge.

12 mm cement plaster of mix : 1:4 (1 cement: 4 fine sand) in all leads and lifts and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in- charge.

Applying one coat of water thinnable cement primer of approved brand and manufacture on wall surface in all leads and lifts and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in- charge.

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade two or more coats on new work in all leads and lifts and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in- charge.

Writing lettering with black Japan paint of approved brand and manufacture of specified height in all leads and lifts and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in- charge.

Conducting detailed survey and marking of HFL (High Flood Level) and LWL (Low Water Level) at site using Total Station, complete in all respects as per the directions of the Engineer-in-Charge.
