ARC for Regular operation of valve, maintenance various size pipe line, operation and maintenance of tubewell and pump house at Town Rajaldesar under city sub division Ratangarh District-Churu

Running expenditure of pumphouses which includes complete operation of pumpmotor , maintenance of log-books as directed by Engineer-in-charge, general upkeeping of premises, security arrangements, Regular chemical dosing in CWR, cleaning and desilting of SR/CWR/SUMP once every six months, daily valve operation under the Campus of pump house and all other works as mentioned in scope of work in tender document for per pump house per month. (power supply minimum 16 hrs)(excluding repair of pumping machinary etc.)

Maintenance of pipe line irrespective of size and material which includes repairing of burst and leakages, pollution control, survey and removal of chocking, disconnection of illegal connection, collection and recording minimum 10 no's of residual chlorine samples during daily supply timings, interconnections and all works related to pipe line network in existing distribution/rising main pipe line of all sizes by digging out suitable sizes pit in soft and loos soil/ hard soil including cutting of black top, WBM, CC top of road of any size at work site. This will also includes cutting of pipe ends, fixing of pipe piece with jointing material to make repair leak proof and refilling of pit with excavated sand by ramming of it by side of pipe and up to ground level. For entire job contractor wil use his own T&P. Contractor with his own resources shall arrange dewatering, JCB, & Tractor compressor, if required and restore any amenity at his own cost damaged while performing the work in this item. The works includes daily patrollingand repair of leakages within stipulated time and complete maintenance of piope line network of ising and distribution pipe line network within the scope of the work for per km pipe line per month. Jointing materrial shall be provided by the Department.

Daily/ periodical operations of valves at supply times for specified department per sluice valve per months ( valve key and cap to be arranged by contractor ownself ) 80 mm to 300 mm
