Bulk quantity order(s), constituting Minimum 80% of the Net Procurable quantity (NPQ), against the tender shall be placed on the manufacturers or its authorized agents who have successfully supplied either a) Minimum 20% of the overall tendered quantity of the NIT(The term overall tendered quantity means total tendered quantity of all the variants included in the tender.) against any single order. Orb) Minimum 30% of the overall tendered quantity of the NIT(The term overall tendered quantity means total tendered quantity of all the variants,included in the tender.) against multiple orders, on cumulative basis of the tendered item or its variant to Zonal Railways/PUs/CORE/PSUs/Other Central Govt.Department/Metro Railway, in last three financial year and current financial year up to the date of tender opening. The variant of the tendered item in above clause would mean an item/items having same basic/generic description as mentioned in the tender but may have any of the following variations - i) Same Specification as tendered item but any other revision or any other size ii) Same drawing number as mentioned in the tender but a different Alteration

Supporting documents as proof of credentials shall be submitted by the bidder along with their offer and the onus to prove successful supply in the stipulated time frame lies on the bidder. Offers submitting credential orders unaccompanied with proof of suuply are liable to be ignored.

Please enter the percentage of local content in the material being offered. Please enter 0 for fully imported items, and 100 for fully indigenous items. The definition and calculation of local content shall be in accordance with the Make in India policy as incorporated in the tender conditions.

Inspection clause- (1) Inspection - Third party Inspection(TPI) for indigenous makes/brands (2) Third Party Inspection against GC/TC may be considered for foreign make/brands(works address not located in India),Indian vendors supplying foreign goods or Goods having large foreign content. Documentary evidence will be required to be produced at the time of inspection for the part/whole assembly which has been claimed a foreign part/whole assembly.

1.Wherever the inspecting authority is specified in the tender documents, bidders are advised to quote accordingly. Offer with any deviation from inspection clause (as per applicability detailed in inspection clause) mentioned in tender will be summarily rejected 2. With respect to the TPI inspection specified in the NIT, if offer is received with Visual inspection by TPI OR TPI inspection against GC/TC/WTC, the same will be treated as deviation in inspection clause except for cases covered under the scope of Inspection clause(clause 02 indicated in inspection clause)

Tenderer should mention in their offer:-1.Name of manufacturer with complete address. 2. Place of inspection be indicated with complete address. Option for inspections at warehouse or godown shall be strictly avoided, and preferably be permitted only at manufacturers place.
