REPAIR/MAINTENANCE OF CHLORONOME PLANT :Repair, maintenance and servicing of chloronome plants gravity feed type of make satya sai aqua pura services of the following installation including necessary testing for proper functioning after servicing and fixing of spares all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Supply of liquid chlorine gas conforming to IS 646 in Departmental cylinders of capacity 100 kg per cylinder including transpotation of empty cylinders collecting from various E/M installation under GE ,Air force station,Tambaram to Authorised filling / testing point at Erode ,Tamilnadu and getting it filled (refilled) with chlorine gas and depositing back to various E/M installation under GE Air force station, Tambaram including all necessary testing of re-filled cylinder like leakage test etc complete all as specified and directed. Note for Sl. item No 21: (a) Empty chlorine gas cylinder duly weighted shall be issued on loan issue voucher for supply and filling chlorine gas.Filled chlorine gas cylinder shall be weighted and deposited at E/M installation. (bi) Quoted rate shall be inclusive for connecting cylinder to chlorine plant and chlorine gas result should be 0.5 PPM at operator end and 0.2 PPm at receiving user end. (c) The payment shall only be allowed after production of original GST purchase vouchers from Authorised dealers. (d) Necessary IV/RV duly showing cylinder Serial No and capacity of cylinder shall be shall be attached in final bill duly signed by Engineer-in-Charge. (e) All safety precaustionery measures shall be taken while handling cylinder as per repective IS

M&L for Defusing/neutralising un-used chlorine gas cylinder&watering using hydrolated lime & soda as required with safety kit and tools for further disposal all as specified and directed

REPAIR / MAINTENANCE OF RO PLANTS :

M&L for replacement of chemical dosing pumps, single phase 230 volts, 50Hz with connecting wire for plant to pumping the solution complete all as specified and directed

Supply and top up chemicals such as sodium mete bisulphate, sodium hypo chloride, antiscallant and PH correction complete as required level for entire contract period all as specified and directed

Material and labour for changing and washing of activated carbon media and replacement of new sand including testing of RO plant complete all as specified and directed

Supply and replacement of cartridges for the RO plant to filtering the water inside the plant water chamber complete all as specified and directed

M&L for servicing, cleaning of membrane including required chemicals for cleaning complete all as specified and directed

M&L for Replacement of membrane,spiral wound type,MOC:poly Amide, size 8" dia,1000mm long,complete and testing of 5000 LPH RO Plant all as specified and directed. Make:LANXESS or equivlent as approved.

M&L for monthly servicing and testing of 5000 LPH RO Plant all as specified and directed

Material and labour for stripping out squirrel cage, induction motor, 3 phase 415 volts AC 50 c/s starter and rotor cleaning up internally and externally including removing old burnt copper wire, wornout bearing and rewinding with new copper wire,Including necessary transpotation to workshop and bring back to the installation assembling testing and commissioning of motor capacity 5 HP, 3 phase, 415 volts, 50 c/s. complete all as specified and directed

M&L for replacement of defective cylinder valve of 100 kg capacity chlorine including neck ring MAKE : Techno,ISI marked all as specified and directed

Labour only for Hydraulic testing and replacement /servicing of valves as per norms for chlorine gas cylinders of capacity 100 kg per cylinder complete as directed. NOTE: Test certificate shall be produced for making payment.

M&L for painting to chlorine gas cylinder externally with two coats of synthetic enamel paint of yellow colour over a coat of red oxide primer including after preparation of surface by removing old paint by paint remover/scrapper and writing the SR No of cylinder and formation name in black paint complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge

M&L for adding bleaching powder suitable Grade -I confirming to IS 1065/89 (Second revision ) minimum available chlorine 33.5% by mass packed in HDPE of 25 Kg capacity after at operator end adding of chlorine result should be shown in pump house 0.5PPM and receving user end 0.2PPM all as specified and directed .

Supply and adding sodium hypo chloride liquid (Grade-I) (35 litre content range 4-6%W/V basis) in sump after the adding of sodium hypo chloride liquid result should be shown to operator in pump house 0.5PPM and receving user end 0.2PPM all as specified and directed .

M&L for adding alum suitable Grade -I confirming to IS 1065/89 (Second revision ) mass packed in HDPE of 50 Kg all as specified and directed .

Supply only Chlorine OR Tonner Key all as specified and as directed.
