Supplying fabrication & fixing of 2nos U-Channel (TATA Make) of size (75 mm x 50 mm x 50mm x 6mm thick) for making platform for instalation of outdoor unit of 4TR Concealed type split AC incl. drilling 2nos holes in each channel as per site condition & as per direction of EIC. incl. cutting holes into the wall & grouting the same with cement concrete (1:1 %1/2: 3) etc incl. mending as orginal and fabricated with horizontal angle of 25 mm x 25 mm x 6mm including supporting angle 50 mm x50mm x 6mm in each platform in outer edge for transmitting the load centrally through 2Nos (50 mm x50 mm x 6 mm) Angle inserted to the exiting wall The entire structure should be baricated & safe for ODU maintenance Area of the platform is 2Mx1.3M. incl. scaffolding arrangement,labour cost etc.(Structural design should be approved from EIC.)

Supply fitting & fixing in position suspended boxing for return/supply air arrangement for ducting with frame work of aluminium hollow section of size 50mmX25mm (2.0mm thickness) combined with Al corners of size 38mmX25mm, suspended by Al hollow tube section of size 38mmX25mm, 25mmX25mm powder coated wall angle with Al composite panel of thickness of 3.0mm comprising of protective film, polyster coating ,Al coil, adhesive film, polyethelene core again with one layer Al button coating and finally servicing coating as per manufacture specification.finish with Al screw and silicon sealent incl. suitable arrangement for grill fixing complete in all respect as per direction of EIC.

SITC of fusible link type fire damper with spring-loaded mechanism and motorized actuator to be installed between the AC unit outlet and the duct inlet. The damper shall be designed to operate automatically upon melting of the low-temperature fusible link due to fire, triggering the closure of the damper blades. The fire damper shall function independently and shall be fitted with a motorized actuator for auto-operation via fire alarm signal, if required. Supplying and fixing double door 8 way VTPN MCB Distribution board for 415V, 160A MCCB incomer with IP-43 protection, on angle iron frame on wall & mending good the damages to original finish incl. Supplying & fixing of 415V, Timer DB Fixed on Wall by flat iron/Angle frame or as per direction of EIC . The Box should comprising following accessories.........
