Operation & maintenance of fire fighting system, fire detection & alarm system, sprinkler system includes its electrical control panels, all associated pumps like main pump, jockey pump, diesel engine pump, Sprinkler pump, valves installed at Terminal Buildings, Admin building, Power house, Fire Pump house, Cargo, hanger and all other ancilliary Buildings by deputing staffs as mentioned in special condition of contract, tools & tackles to attend the complaints, faults, breakdown by taking rectification action to ensure serviceability, regular testing of entire system, satisfactory working of complete fire fighting system, fire alarm system & detection system round the clock basis in three shift including sundays & holidays, carrying out preventive maintenance, maintenance of records, logbooks, documents etc. as per tender conditions.

Refilling of following type fire extinguishers as per standard due date or if exhausted including transportation, submission of refilling certificate, providing and maintaining inspection card in transparent cover complete as required.

Supply, replacement, testing, programming (if required), commissioning of following equipments suitable for existing system as and when required including dismantling of existing equipment, shifting to AAI store as directed by Engineer-In-charge etc. complete as required.

(1 Job considered for One Year NOC)

Replacement of glass and rubber gasket in existing double door type fire hydrant / wet riser cabinet including relpacement of locking arrangement if required for proper fixing etc. complete as required.

Supply of automatic clean agent modular type fire extinguisher of following capacity for replacement of existing extinguishers
