ADDITION, ALTERATION TO THE EXISTING SHARQAT AUDITORIUM TO INCL ADDITIONAL TOILETS, SEATING AND REPAIR TO EXISTING PROJECTOR AT THE MARATHA LIRC BELAGAVI UNDER GE BELGAUM

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 10 Sq.m on plan area and not exceeding 1.5m deep in any type of soil, for foundation etc., or for laying of cable/ GI Pipe, shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc., complete all as specified.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm thick of excavated soil, as in any type of soil, complete all as specified. Note: A deduction of 10% shall be made from total computed volume of filling to cater in bulk irrespective of machinery used for ramming.

Removal of excavated material [Soil] to a distance not exceeding 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point, complete all as specified.

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) over areas (exceeding 30cm in depth, 1.5m in width as well as 10Sqm on plan) not exceeding 1.50 m in depth and including getting out and disposal of excavated earth lead upto 50m and lift upto 1.5m, as in all kind of soil, complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Moorum/Red bajri filling brought from out side MD land including filling in floors or pavings or in foundations laid in layers n.exc. 15cm thick spread, levelled and rammed including watering, complete all as specified and as directed. Note: A deduction of 10% shall be made from total computed volume of filling to cater in bulk irrespective of machinery used for ramming.

M&L for Hardcore of gauge not exc. 63mm, broken stone or boulders, deposited, spread and levelled in layers n exc. 15cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for PCC 1:4:8 type D2 (using 40mm graded Granite stone aggregate) as in foundation, filling, mass concrete etc., complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Reinforced cement concrete M-25 Grade (Design mix) as in foundations, including footings, foundation beams, plinth beams, bases for columns, basement slabs, and mass concrete or similar items etc., complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Reinforced cement concrete M-25 Grade (Design mix) as in columns, Pillars, piers, vertical bands, posts and struts etc., complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Reinforced cement concrete M-25 Grade (Design mix) as in floor beams, roof beams, cantilevers, bressumers, middle beams, lintels over 1.5m span and lintel bands etc., complete all as specified and as directed.
