31.276.1C Supplying of electrically operated horizontial split casing pump and motor (Jyothi/ Kirloskar/ Beaacon) make AC 3 Phase, 415 volts, 50HZ, 1500RPM, squirrel cage motor. The pump shall have bronze impelled, high grade steel shaft, Flexible coupling set, including the cost of common, M.S. base plate, foundation bolts etc. complete with suitable suction and dlivery sizes. (25 HP centrifugal motor and pumpset).

31.278.1A Erection, testing and commissioning of the centrifugal motor pumpset with pipe fittings etc. complete-15HP to 25 HP Motor.

31.128.1D Providing and laying cast iron double flanged pipe confirming to IS specification 1537&7181 and ISI marked suitable for flanged joints in good condition including transportation of C.I pipe from production centre/company to the site at Yanam, lowering to the trenches (or fixing in over head tanks above ground level) laying to proper grade and alignment, testing of joints with requird testing equipment etc. complete all as per IS 3114 and CPWD specification. (Earth work and jointing of pipes with rubber insertion will be paid separately)-(200mmdia rubber insertion with paid separately)-200mm dia.

31.130.1A Providing and laying in position flanged C.I specials such as tees, bends, collors, tapers, caps etc. comforming to IS specification 1538 and ISI marked – 80 to 200mm dia.

31.48.3E Providing and fixing C.I sluice valve (PN 1.6) (with cap) conforming to IS:14846 and ISI marked, with bolts, nuts, rubber insertion etc. complete (the tail pieces if required with paid separately – 20mm dia.

31.48.8D Providing and fixing C.I ball type non-return valve (PN 1) conforming to IS 318 & IS 1363, with bolts, nuts, rubber insertion etc. complete (the tail peces if required will be paid separately) – 2omm dia.

31.277.1B Supplying and fixing 25 x 25mm size vaccum pump (Kirloskr/ Maxwell/ Dekkar) make 3 phase monoblock motor and pumpset complete – 2.2KW/3HP.

31.136.1C Providing, laying and jointing G.I pipes of medium class (blue) (TATA, TNT, Nezone, Apollo, Zenith) conforming to IS specification 1239 Part-I and ISI marked including transportation to the site, lowering to the trenches, laying to proper grade and alignment, testing of joints with required testing equipment, including GI specials such as bends, tees, elbow, coupling, reducer etc. complete all as per IS and CPWD specification – 25mm dia.

31.135.1D Providing and jointing cast iron/D.I (S&S) pipe joints with rubber gasket (Tyton joints) conforming to IS.No.5383 and 12820 of EPDM quality including the cost of fixing, testing the joints etc. complete – 200mm dia.

2.10.1.1 Excavating trenches of required width for pipes, cables, etc. including excavation for sockets and dressing of sides, ramming of bottoms, depth upto 1.5m, including getting out the excavated soil, and then returning the soil as required in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth, including consolidating each deposited layer by ramming, waering etc. and disposing of surplus excavated soil as directed within a lead of 50m- All kinds of soil-Pipes, cables etc. not exceeding 80mm dia.
