Opening of pyrite hopper gate for removal of pyrites from pyrite hoppers of bowl mill of all the three units and removal of its chocking. [work in per unit per shift will be treated as one job]

Operation of CMR Belt and sump pump and routine checking of main drive gear box, pulleys, sump pump, flap gate, attending of minor air leakage from pyrite hopper, greasing of all types of pulleys / sump pump, make up oil in main gear box and other minor nature of misc. works. [This work shall be carried out in all three shifts. It one shift will be treated as one Job]

Cleaning of entire CMR trench, desk plate, out-side of the trench, ladders, equipment on storage bin platforms, structure, sump pump floor & pits.

Mechanical loading of coal mill reject from CMR storage bin, its transportation & unloading in the dumping yard within a radial distance of 04 KM with dumper.

Manual loading of coal mill reject from mill area near pyrite hopper & under the structure of CMR system, its transportation & unloading in the dumping yard within a radial distance of 04 Km with tractor trolley/dumper

Replacement of damaged carrying / return / impact idlers by new / repaired

Replacement of damaged idler frame / bracket

Repairing of damaged carrying / return / impact idlers

Re-fixing of dislocated idlers from their frames / brackets

Repairing of idlers frame/bracket by cutting, welding and machining.

Splicing of belt by hot vulcanizing joint and preparation of joint including removal of roller structure etc. required for carrying out the work and refitting the same after completion of work

Splicing of belt by cold vulcanizing joint and preparation of joint including removal of roller structure etc. required for carrying out the work and refitting the same after completion of work

Conveyor belt jointing by means of clamping system work including removing of idlers and refitting the same after completion of work. Clamp for jointing shall be arranged by the agency.

Laying of new / old & healthy conveyer belt

Removal of damaged belt and shifting of the same to scrap yard

Replacement/repairing of pyrite hopper gate/flap/shaft etc.

Repairing of pyrite hopper body by cutting, welding, patching etc.

Replacement of Head Pulley

Replacement of Snub / Bend Pulley

Replacement of Take-up Pulley

Replacement of Tail Pulley

Repairing of different damaged pullies of CMR system already removed by cutting, welding, machining etc.

Replacement of damaged bearing / plumber block / sleeve of different pullies

Replacement of bearings of gear box of CMR system

Attending oil leakage from gear box of CMR system

Complete overhauling of gearbox of CMR system

Removal and remounting of coupling of gear box / motor

Alignment of gear box with motor & main pulley

Complete overhauling of pyrite hopper assy.

Neoprene rubber lagging on different pullies (herring diamond / bones grooved + 5% shore hardness 10 to 12 mm thick neoprene rubber will be arranged by agency)

Cleaning of storage bin

Complete overhauling of Sump Pumps

Repairing of take-up guides and their positioning, strengthening etc.

Repairing of flap gate of storage bin

Replacement of liner plate of storage bin

Replacement of liner plate of pyrite hopper

Replacement of damaged gearbox by new /repaired.

Removal, fabrication, re-erection and alignment of damaged/eroded stringer, channel, support, deck sheet etc, of conveyer bed.

Removal, fabrication and re-installation of worn-out/damaged hopper plate from gratings of CMR system along with their supporting channels/beams/angles etc.

Fabrication of new pyrite hopper gate.
