Hire and Labour Charges for erection of temporary pandel with salbullah post and bamboo runner with water proof tarpaulin cover, colour cloth ceiling under the pandel, jhalore & facia of colour cloth on front & sides and covering the post with coloured cloth.

Hire and Labour charges for erection of side walling to the temporary pandal with coloured cloth over bamboo runner including water proof tarpulin cover etc.

Hire and Labour charges for erecting platform with 19 mm thick ply and necessary post bracing runner of suitable section and also providing a star component as per satisfiction of Engineer-in-charge.

Making EVM racks as per drawing and direction including labour and hire charges of local woods, etc.

Supplying on hire "Garden" chaires during function and arranging those properly on ground as per direction of Engineer In Charge , including carriage of chairs to side, their retention till the end of the function and their removal after conclusion of function including cost of all labour and materials complete

Hire and labour charges for 100 mm dia bamboo railing on jhau/Eucalyptus post 1.40 m above G.L and 0.60 m below G.L. Tied strongly with bamboo railing with coir rope,digging holes for post in any sort of soil concret surface packing the sides etc, including cost of carriage of all materials and labour complete, including cost of restoration to the damages of the ground to its original condition as per direction of Engineer In Charge after removing the barricade. (Cost of restoration to be paid separately .) (a) 100 mm dia bamboo railing and 150 mm dia Jhaubullah/ Eucalyptus posts @ 1.80 m apart. (ii) Railing with 3 rows.

Hire and labour charge of Collapsible gate with 40mm x 40mm x 6mm Tee as top and bottom guide rail, 20mm x 10mm x 2mm vertical channels 100mm apart in fully stretched position 20mm x 5mm M.S. flats as collapsible bracings properly rivetted and washered including 38mm steel rollers including locking arrangements, fitted and fixed in position with lugs set in cement concrete and including cutting necessary holes, chasing etc. in walls, floors etc. and making good damages complete.

Hire & labor charges for erecting temporary latrine and urinals with thick canvas (new) wailling fitted and fixed with strong bamboo frames and posts including cutting drain,making seats with porcelain pans(One basin or pan or urinal to be fixed for every 3 Sqm covered area or part) and urinals as directed with hire charges all complete as per satisfiction of Engineer-in-charge.

Hire & labour charges for supplying, fitting, fixing and installation of Dustbin as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Hiring ISI marked 5.0 Kg. Capacity Dry powder type portable fire extinguisher with cap & nozzle & hanging at suitable place as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. For 2 Days.

Hiring lSI marked 9 Lt. Capacity water Co2 type portable fire extinguishers with cap & nozzle & hanging at suitable place as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. For 2 Days.

Supplying, fitting and fixing PVC pipes of approved make of Schedule 80 (medium duty) conforming to ASTMD - 1785 and threaded to match with GI Pipes as per IS : 1239 (Part - I). with all necessary accessories, specials viz. socket, bend, tee, union, cross, elbo, nipple, longscrew, reducing socket, reducing tee, short piece etc. fitted with holder bats clamps, including cutting pipes, making threads,fitting, fixing etc. complete in all respect including cost of all necessary fittings as required,jointing materials and two coats of painting with approved paint in any position above ground. (Payment will be made on the centre line measurements of total pipe line including all specials. No separate payment will be made for accesories, specials. Applying Interior grade Acrylic Primer of approved quality and brand on plastered or cencrete surface old or new surface to receive Distemper/ Acrylic emulsion paint including scraping and preparing the surface throughly, complete as per manufacturer's specification and as per direction of the EIC. (In Ground Floor) (a) One Coat ii) Solvent based interior grade Acrylic Primer

Applying Acrylic Emulsion Paint of approved make and brand on walls and ceiling including sand papering in intermediate coats including putty (to be done under specific instruction of Superintending Engineer) : (Two coats) i) Standard Quality
