Excavation in trenches n.exc 1.5 mtr wide and n.exc 1.5mtr in depth for laying of UG cable and getting out in any type of soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in and including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material n.exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5mtr above the starting point complete all as directed and directed.

Sand cushioning to UG cable 8 cm thick before laying the cable and 15cm thick after laying and streching the cable and punned down to from a bed to a minimum 23 cm , The punning shall be done by hand.complete all as specified in clause 19.7.5 of SSR Part-1 of 2009.. Note:- 1.Dry fine sand of best available quality shall be used. 2.Punned thickness shall be made and paid.

M&L for well burnt, old size Sub Class 'B' brick covering protection to the eletric cable laid dry flat transversally along the length of cable with width equal to length of brick, complete all as specified and directed .

M&L for Plain cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in foundation of poles including necessary form work for rough finished surface complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Plain cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in coping to poles including necessary form works for rough finished surface complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for GI pipe in replacement (Light grade ) for protection of HT cable fixed to walls/ poles/road crossing including suitable size clamps complete of size 100 mm bore, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply, laying & testing cable XLPE insulated, screened PVC bedded galvanised steel strip armoured HT electric power cable (heavy duty) 11000 volts grade with aluminum conductor 11 KV (E) grade, cross sectional area 120 Sqmm 3 core as per IS-7098 suitable for earth system laid in trenches of complete all as specified and as direcetd.

Supply, laying & testing cable XLPE insulated, screened PVC bedded galvanised steel strip armoured HT electric power cable (heavy duty) 11000 volts grade with aluminum conductor 11 KV (E) grade, cross sectional area 95 Sqmm 3 core as per IS-7098 suitable for earth system laid in trenches of complete all as specified and as direcetd.

Supplying, fixing, commissioning and testing of Aerial bunched XLPE insulated with aluminium conductor stranded 11000 volt (Earhed) grade 3 single core cross sectional area 95 sqmm and one 70 sqmm aluminium insulated messanger cable including anchor clamps made out of MS angle 32x32x6 mm complete with clamps and nuts and bolts for cable on poles incl dismantling of existing over head conductor complete all specified and directed. (Note-Old dismanted ACSR conductor of any type shall be property of contractor.)

Taking down old unservicable lightning arresters and Supply and fixing for lightning arresters expulsion type complete with all fittings transmisson class,discharge capacity 10 kilo amps suitable for 11000 volts conforming to IS complete all as specified and directed .

Taking out the unserviceable /brunt jointing kit and supply and fix new cable jointing kit for 11 KV (Earthed) grade cable for outdoor termination heat shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for single core ABC aluminium conductor cable of size 95 sqmm, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L in repairs Cable end jointing kit for 11 KV (earthed) grade cable for indoor type termination heat shrinkable type joint complete with all jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE HT armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 95 sq mm, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L in repairs Cable end jointing kit for 11 KV (earthed) grade cable for indoor type termination heat shrinkable type joint complete with all jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE HT armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 120 to 185 sq mm complete , all as specified and directed.

Taking out the unserviceable gand operated device after disconnecting the electric HT supply and Supply and fixing air break switch gang operated (GOD) triple pole with drop out fuses mechanically operated, mounted on insulators (15 insulators) polymer type & steel frame with operating mechanism & operating rod of GI pipe 25mm medium grade with necessary clamps to be operated from ground level 11 KV grade working pressures and current upto 400 amps etc complete, all as specified and directed.

M&L in replcement of structural steel work conforming to grade Fe-410S as in cross arms, bracing, supports, clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections, including, nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending cold or hot drilling holes for bolts in any shape or size as indicated or directed and inclusive of one coat of zink chrome primer and two coats of aluminium paint for 11KV insulation complete all as specified and directed.

M&L anti climbing device, spikes type fabricated out of MS bars (round/square/flat) including nuts,bolts, washers and welding in two halves made to shape to suit the cross section of the pole including dismantling old one complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out the broken stay wire and S & F stay assembly complete comprising of 16mm dia, 40cm long stay bow rod 16mm dia x 1.8 Mtr long galvanised stay rod threaded and with nuts including 300mm x 300mm x 6mm thick plate GI, stay wire, stay clamps and necessary clamps for any type of pole etc as shown on plate No. 1 on page 495 of SSR Part-I, 2009 complete including taking down U/S stay assembly all as specified and directed ( Note : Loop type insulator, excavation and concrete work shall be measured and paid separately).

S&F in replacement loop type insulator with complete fitting porcelain, vitreous white or brown large size with over all dismensions 90x140mm, clearance of hole 25.5mm, including dismantling old one, all as specified and directed

S&F in replacement galvanised steel stranded stay wire size 7/3.15mm for stay assembly complete all as specified and directed.

Cutting, trimming of hanging/ extended branches of trees upto a distance 3 meter from the overhead HT/LT line and making the line clear upto the entire length of the feeder including removal and disposal of the cut tree branches 50 meters away from the site complete all as specified and directed. Note : The Rates shall inclusive of T&P, hydraulic ladder, equipment such as motorised diesel operated hacksaw etc complete all as specified and as directed. Note : 1. One span comprises of 3 to 5 conductors of any distance between one pole to adjacent pole including trimming of all tree branches in vicinty & around poles /conductor & will be measured as one span. 2. Necessary prior permission shall be obtained from concerned Engineer-incharge before carrying out the work. 3. All safety measures & insurance to the staff undertaking the Job shall be the Contractor's responsibility.

Supply & errect steel tubular swaged poles type 410 SP-55 (11 meter long) with 300mmx300mmx6mm MS base plate continuously welded to pole, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts and screws and making holes as per requirement all as specified including factory painted with two coats of black bituminous paint internally through out and externally for embedded portion and applying one coat of red oxide primer, making 05 Nos strips each 30 cm high with super enamel paint (black and white/yellow) from ground level/coping upto 1.5 m painting with two coats of aluminium paint for the remaining height, including dismantling old one, complete all as specified and as directed. (Note : Excavation & earth work, GI Pipe, clamps shall be measured and paid for separately under respective items).

M&L earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode, 600x600x6mm thick burried directly in the ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr deep below ground level)with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5mtr below ground level connected to galvanised iron wire 4mm dia as earth lead by means of bolts, nuts and washers of GI up to test point , GI tubing 15mm bore medium grade protection pipe , GI watering pipe 20mm bore light grade with funnel and wire mesh , charcoal , and salt precast PCC 1:2:4 (Nominal mix ) cover with suitable steel handle , and angle iron 40x40x3mm frame for pit cover , PCC 1:2:4 pit including earth work in any type of soil , removal of surplus soil to a distance n.exc 50mtr and connecting , testing on completion all as shown on electric plate No 03 of SSR -2009 Part II complete all as directed. Notes: 1. Earth strip & protection pipes length upto & including 7.50 metre is deemed included in unit rate quoted by the contractor. 2. Earth filling shall be done by vegitable soil. 3. Soil shall be free from stone, boulders, aggregate, gravels.

M&L earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate eletrode 600mmx600mm and 6mm thick buried directly in ground earth pit not less than 2.25mtr deep below normal ground level with top edges, of the plate not less than 1.5m below normal ground level, connected to the Galvanise Iron earth lead 32mm x6mm (GI Strip) size, by means of bolts, nuts, check buts and washers of galvanised iron and 32mmx6 mm earth lead protected by provision of GI medium grade pipe 40 mm bore including provision of aggregates with 40 mm thick cover of RCC (1:2:4) , reinforced with XPM (weight not less than 4 kg per sqmm) and frame of angle iron 40mmx40mmx3mm and with 6 mm dia MS bar handle made to shape, GI light grade 20mm bore pipe of suitable length for watering perforated at bottom placed on top edged of earth plate, common salt and charcoal filling, funnel, wire mesh and earth work in hard/dense soil, returning filling in distance not exceeding 50 mtr and removal of surplas soil to plate No 3 of SSR 2009 Part-I and connecting to feeder pillers and Transformer all as specified including testing on completion complete all as specified and directed. M&L for construction of platform of size 3000 x 2500 x 1200 mm for transformer with PCC (1:4:8) in foundation and PCC 1:2:4 type B1, 100 mm thickness at top portion of platform , brick work with cement mortar (1:4) and complete plaster work of 15 mm thick to exposed surface in CM (1:4) including necessary MS work ( i.e. MS jali/fencing/MS angle ) on the top of platform around transformer up to height 90 cm and one coat of white wash on plastered surface complete all as specified and shown on drawing No CEPZ/C-TD/002/13 Sheet 2/5.

S&F danger notice plate of 1.6 mm thick mild steel sheet, vitreous enamelled white, with letters, figures and conventional skull and bones in signal red colour and fixed with MS clamps,bolts, nuts of approved size for HT 25x20 cm size including dismantling old one, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement of plug & socket assembly suitable for VCB 11 KV complete all as specified.

Taking down unservicable triping coil from HT panel and supply and fixing new triping coil 30 volt DC suitable for 11KV HT panel of make : Kirloskar ,cat part no as per OEM of existing panel complete all as directed and specified by Engr-in-chagre.

M&L for Pea gravel 20 to 40 mm graded of granite, Trap or basalt stone hand packing (any thickness) in sub station all as per latest engineering practice and directed.

Cable route indicator of 10 cm dia ,CI plate 6mm thick embossed with raised lettering HT cable 11000 volts with size of cable painted with brown luminus paint and mounted on angle iron 25mm x 25mmx 3mm and 0.6 mtr long embedded in PCC block 1:2:4 (size 30cm x 15cmx 15cm ) type B-1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for painting of HT steel pole of any type including cross arms from top to bottom with two coat of synthetic aluminium enamel paint including 5 Nos 30cm wide strip of black and yellow paint with two coats of synthetic enamel paint alongwith writing word "HT", and pole No complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer in charge. (Note- T&P & ladder for painting will be deemed included in quoted rate)

M&L for HT bus bar outdoor type CPRI approved made out of 3.15 mm thick MS sheet of size 1.2m x 2.2 m x 0.8 m front and rear openable having 2 panels hinged complete vermin proof, weather proof, dust proof, with IP-54 protection in including insulated aluminum bus bar 600 amps of size 60 x 10 mm for line & earth fixed on insulators suitable for 11000 Volts 3 Nos and legs of panel fabricated out of 40mm x 40 mm x 5 mm angle iron 75 cm long grouted in PCC 1:2:4, type B-1, including plinth protection 1.00 meter wide all around in PCC M-15 (Nominal mix) complete painted with epoxy powder coated synthetic enamel paints two coats over one coat of red oxide primer and having both side locking arrangement and danger notice boarded complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each n exc 0.5 cu. m, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25 cm, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C-2(using 40mm graded cr. stone aggr),as in foundation filling and mass concrete complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for angle iron post and struts in fencing incl cutting tops to shape as directed drilling holes, notching for wire, etc flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc incl all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc and similar work conforming to FE-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Mild steel screw bolts with nuts (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, n exc 5cm long and neck dia 5-10mm complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only chain link 4mm dia MS galvanisd fencing, of 100x100mm mesh size or type complete all as spd and diercted.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc. including provission of binding wire complete all as specified and directed.

M&L mild steel round bars bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Galvanised. 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails strain- ing bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. as specifiednand directed.

M&L for painting two coats of synthetic enamel paint incl preparation to steel surfaces ,over a coat of red oxide complete all as specified and directed

Notes: The Schedule of Credit amount shall be deducted from the total of this schedule (BoQ) to arrive at Contract Sum.
