16mm (5/8) thick cement plaster in C.M. (1:6)finished smooth to inside surface of 9" thick brick wall after racking out the joints including watering & curing for seven days with cost and conveyance of all materials and labour with T&P required for the work with all , Royalty, DMF, EMF & Additional Charges & Cess etc, complete in all floor as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Painting two coats with any approved paint to Iron/wood work over a coat of oil bound primer including cost of paint & primer sand papering polishing the surface with cost conveyance andof all materials and labour with T&P required for the work with Cess etc complete as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge

Providing and fixing Chequred tiles in floors, treads of on 25mm th bed of cement mortar (1:1) (1 cement:1 sand) joined with neat cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of tiles including rubbing, polishing including cost of tiles, conveyance,& labour, T&P and Cess etc. complete in all respect as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge

Distempering two coats over a coat of oil bound primer to the wall surface with any approved shade including cost of distemper and primer with conveyance Royalty, DMF, EMF & Additional Charges andof allmaterials and labour with T&P required for the work with Cess etc, complete in all respect as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Finishing wall surface two coats with any approved weather shield cement paint to outer wall surface after celaning surface including cost of paint watering curing with cost conveyance andof all materials and labour with T&P and Cessrequired for the work etc, complete in all respect as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing fitting,fixing of AI.door with OEL anodized AI.door section of 9202 as vertical member, 9201 as top member and 9200 as bottom and middle member and 12mm thick pre-laminated board fixed on door frame by means of tapered clip no. 4660 and the frame to be completed by means of jointing angle no. 1855 includingcost of all labour T&P,Cess hire charges of drilling machineetc complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Fly Ash brick masonary in Cement Mortar (1:6) in foundation/Superstructure using-fly ash-brick of 23cm X 11cm X 8cm size having a crushing strength in between 75kg to 100 kg per Sq.cm with dimensional tolerance ± 8% including splays cutting circular moulding chamfering & corbelling watering and curring for 7days after immersing the bricks in water for six hours before use etc. complete including cost & conveyance of all materials & labour required for the work with all Royalty, DMF, EMF & Additional Charges with all T&P & Cess etc, complete in all respect as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

RCCwork of gradeM-25 having a minimum compressivestrength in work text of 200Kg/cm2 in15cm cubesat 28daysafter mixing and tests conducted using 10mm to 20mm size (20mm not to exceed 25 percent) crusher black broken granite stone chips of approved quality and from approved quarry including hoisting,lowering and laying concrete by using vibrators watering and curing for four weeks centering and shuttering and finishing the exposed surface smooth to receive painting or white or clour wasing providing grooves or beads where neCessary including cost, conveyance and Royalty, DMF, EMF & Additional Charges of all materials and labour required for the worketc, complete with all T&P and Cessin all respect but execludingcost of reinforcement MS rods or tor steel and binding wires of 18 to 20 guage and labour charges etc, complete as per specification and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and supplying of HYSD bars confirming toapproved grade including straightening cutting bending bindiing lapping , welding etc confirming to ISI specification) & jointing if neCessary by lapping & tying the grills &placing in position as required for RCC works as per the approved design placing the grills in position including cost & conveyance of tor steel & binding wires of 18 to 20 guage including Cess etc complete as per the specifiction and direction of Engineer-in- charge
