Factory made, plain framed, paneled shutter (two panel) 35mm thick, 2nd class hardwood with lock rail and panel of 12mm veneered particle board with commercial veneering on both faces. The size of rail and stile as per IS:1003 (Part-I), kiln seasoned and chemically pressure treated, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Glazed and skeleton shutters in second class hardwood, 35mm thick, open rebated and prepared to receive glass, gauze, etc. (without sash bars), edges of framing plain, chamfered or rounded. fitted with cut and mitred beads for securing glass, etc.; sizes of members of shutters as specified in SSR Part-I, Section 8, clause 8.24 (a); supplied and fitted to chowkhats, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Galvanised mild steel wire cloth, 0.56mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.18mm and fixed with tinned tacks, or galvanised wire staples, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Mild steel sliding door bolts, size 300mm long, plate type, stove enameled black, with bright bolt not less than 12mm dia with and including a minimum of 6 bolts and nuts, four on bolt plate and two on staple plate and fixed, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Mild steel pressed handles, size 150mm, oval type, stove enamelled black, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Factory made steel window, box type, using ERW hollow 'P' section, comprising double frame for and including gauged and glazed skeleton shutter, jointed internally with flat iron 40x4mm complete including grill/ guard bars of 8mm square bars fixed horizontally @100mm C/C including mild steel hinges, handles, tower bolts, stops, lugs etc, complete all as specified and as shown in drawing No- CEUZ/TD-1304, sheet No- 1/3 to 3/3 and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Description all as per serial item No- 22.00 here-in-before but for ventilator top hung.

Factory made solid panel PVC door shutter 30mm thick (style) consisting of frame made out of mild steel tubes for top and bottom rails. Mild steel frame shall be covered with heat moulded plain colour PVC ‘C’ channel having a PVC sheet strip of 20mm width stuck inside with solvent cement for stiles and plain colour PVC sheets for top rail, lock rail & bottom rail on either side and as gap insert for top rail and bottom rail; Panelling of plain colour PVC sheet to be fitted in the mild steel frame welded/ sealed to the stiles and rails with suitable PVC sheet beading, and joined together with solvent cement, supplying and fixing in the frame at site as per specification and drawing in SSR, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Solid PVC Door Frame of size 50mmx47mm made out of 5mm plain colour PVC sheet reinforced with mild steel square tube, supplying and fixing in opening as per specification and drawing, including making good to disturbed surface of walls, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Sheet glass, 3.0mm thick, ordinary quality and glazing with oil putty or with wooden beadings, fixing in square not exceeding 0.50Per Square Metre in each pane, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Preparation of new or previously untreated wood or wooden surfaces of any description, over 10cm in width or girth, not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of pink primer, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Machine cut kota stone slab, (minimum size shall be 550x550mm), flooring 18-20mm thick over cement screed base laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete, and including laid over screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 20mm thick in cement mortar 1:6, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Machine cut kota stone slab 20-25mm thick in riser of steps, skirting, dado and pillar laid over cement screed and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete, and including rendering 10mm thick in cement mortar 1:4, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Brass grating, chromium plated, size 125mm, heavy duty, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Integral waterproofing compound, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Marble work 18 to 20mm thick (table rubbed and polished), white colour, as in floring, steps, jambs, pillars, window cills, cooking platforms and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with marble shade, and including laid over screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 20mm thick in cement mortar 1:6, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Vitrified Ceramic tiles 10mm thick (square/ rectangular) polished, non-skid, dark shed, area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36 Sqm, set and fixing in skirting/ dado or any other vertical surfaces and pointed in white or coloured cement to match and including 10mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Bib taps, cast copper alloy, with crutch or butterfly handle, screwed down, screwed for iron pipe or for brass ferrule and fixed for 15mm bore pipe, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Centre hole wall mixture, chromium plated, with round sport without pop up waste system for 15mm bore pipe, fixing in repairs, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished), 20mm thick, in steps, jambs, pillars, window-cills, cooking platforms and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Plain cement concrete M-10(1:3:6), type C-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate), 50mm thick, as in plinth protection, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Dismantling of brickwork or stone/ boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.
