Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of step down transformer, outdoor type, and conforming to IS 1180: 2014 (Part 1) with amendment No. 4 of March 2021, plinth mounted, HT 11 KV/433 volts, 3 phase 4 wire, 50 Hz, delta/star connected, vector group DYN -11 double copper wound, ONAN cooling, manual type off load tap changing facility on HT side to vary secondary voltage from minus (-) 7.5% to plus (+) 7.5% in 7 steps of 2.5 %, continuous rating of capacity 200 KVA, Level - II including Cable entry box on HT Side and Cable entry box on LT side. Total losses @ 50% load = 670W, Total losses @ 100 % load = 2100 W. The Transformer shall be completed with all standard fittings and accessories, gauges, first fill of transformer oil IS 335, ISI marked filtered & dehydrated oil etc including brick work/ foundation of size 2m x 2m x 1 .23 m as per sketch for installation of tansformer and connected works complete all as specified and directed and comprising of the following accessories :- Note :- Transfomer shall be mounted on platform/plinth. [Loc CTW near PT Gate)] (a) One cable entry box on primary HV side having cable glands suitable for HT XLPE Cable (consisting of 3 Nos porcelain HT bushings with brass/gun metal bushing rods complete with nuts and washers). (b) One cable entry box on secondary (LV) side consisting of 4 Nos porcelain bushing with GM bushing rods complete with GM nuts, and washers with one No cable gland suitable for reception of outgoing LT armoured cables of suitable size. (c) Oil conservator tank with filter type, drain valve and oil level gauge. (d) Dehydrating breather with first fill of dehydrating agent. (e) Thermometer pocket on tank cover. (f) One No 100 mm dia dial type thermometer vapour pressure type having range 0-120 degree centigrade with temp reading pointer, max temp indicator and resetting device. (g) Rating plate with terminal markings. (h) Two earthing terminals on tank/tank cover to facilitate fixing of 32x6m GI eath strip. (j) Oil Level gauge. (k) Oil drain and filter valves.

(l) Oil filler hole with cap/plug with connections complete. (m) Lifting lugs. (n) Air relief valve plug. (o) Four plan solid cast steel detachable rollers. (p) First fill of fresh oil conforming to relvant IS and tested upto 50 KV dielectric strength upto top of core. (q) Extra bushing for neutal outside the LT cable box for providing independent earthing for neutral. (s) Any other fittings/accessories so as to confirm the whole transformer to IS-1180 Part-I:2014 and Amendment No 4 of Mar 2021, Level-2. Note for Item No 1:- (i) Pre-despatch inspection shall be carried out by Rep of Accepting Officer. All arrangement for the same shall be provided by the contractor & shall be considered within quoted rates.

Supply, laying jointing and testing under ground XLPE insulated, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip armoured electric power cable (heavy duty) with stranded aluminium conductor, 11000 volts grade with earthed system of size 95 Sqmm 3 core confirming to IS, through pipes or along the pole complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, fixing, jointing and testing cable jointing kit for 11 KV grade cable for outdoor end termination heat shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured Al conductor cable of size 95 sqmm complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix MS Cross arms, bracing, supports, clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel section including nuts, bolts, washers, welding , bending, cold or hot, drilling holes or bolt in any shape or size including 2 coats of aluminium paint complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note : Unexposed surface shall be given one coat of primer only.

Supply, lay and connect cable XLPE Insulated screened PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 400 sq mm 3.5 core

All as per item No. 5.00, but of size 70 sq mm 3.5 core

Supply and laying of Double wall Corrugated ( DWC ) HDPE Pipe of size 110 x 95 mm (OD x ID) Polyethylene (PE),confirming to IS- 16205 (Part-24) with smooth internal and profiled external surface for not to give any external pressure on LT Cable and protection of UG Cables including bends and couplings complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 8.00 but for DWC HDPE Pipe of size 90 x 75 mm (OD x ID).

Excavation in trenches in soft/loose soil not exceeding 1.50 mtr wide and not exceeding 1.50 mtr in depth for laying of cables and getting out complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Returing, filling in, including spreading, leveling watering and well ramming inlayers not exceeding 25 cms thick each layer compete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Removal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fixing galvanised pipe light grade of ISI marked 100 mm bore for passing of cable fixed to poles/walls/lay under floor complete with and including fittings as required compete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fixing galvanised pipe light grade of ISI marked 80 mm bore for passing of cable fixed to poles/walls/lay under floor complete with and including fittings as required compete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Earthing complete for Transformers/ LT Panels with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60cmx60cmx6mm thick buried directly in ground vertically at a depth not less than 2.25 metres below normal ground level with top edge of the plate at a depth not less than 1.5 metres below normal ground level, connected with and including GI strip 32mm x 6mm in and including GI pipe 50mm bore medium grade as protection pipe (from top of earth plate up to the test point) and connecting strip to earth plate by means of GI bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers and thimbles at two places (minimum), earth plate surrounded by packed layers of charcoal dust and common salt 15cm thick, all around including top and bottom and watering pipe 20mm bore of GI pipe light grade with funnel and wire mesh, PCC chamber of size 300x300x300mm(top of chamber minimum 15 cm above the normal ground level (1:3:6) using 20mm graded stone aggregate and RCC cover (1:2:4) type B-I using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate of 25mm thick with 2 nos MS handles of 12mm dia including necessary excavation/ earth work in any type of soil/rock and as shown in Electrical plate No. 3 of SSR Part-I (2009) testing on completion complete all as specified. Supply, install, testing and commissioning of CPRA approved Feeder pillar, outdoor cubicle type weather and vermin proof totally enclosed made out of 3 mm thick CRCA sheet machine pressed of suitable size, suitable to operate on 3 phase 4 wire system , 415volts, 50 Hz double door with front and rear openable with locking arrangement incl frame of panel with angle iron of size 50 x 50 x 6mm, inner shutters for mounting switchgears etc, independent bottom gland plate for each incoming & outgoing cable of suitable size as per switchgear rating, having apron on 3 sides of panel from base to ground level prewired complete duly powder coated with 7 tank process comprising with following complete all as specified:- (i) Bus bar strip,four pole and capacity 750 Amps copper strip of suitable size based on 1.5 Amps per sqmm, coloured with plastic coated insulated and sleaves in four colours (Red,Yellow, blue and black) fixed on porcelain insulators with necessary nuts and bolts and washers etc

(ii) INCOMING : - (a) MCCB 500 Amp, 415 V, 36 KA, 4 pole with adjustable thermal magnetic release -01 Nos. (b) Panel meters with LCD display -1 No (c) Indicator with neon lamps for RYB , 3 Phase with MCBs set of three -01 set

Supplying, Errecting and fixing in repair Steel tubular swaged poles complete with cast iron base plate, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts & screws as specified type 410 SP-55 (11.0 metres long) and providing 5 Nos of 30cm wide circular bands with black & yellow paint starting from plinth level and numbering of poles, in yellow paint over black painted back ground at a height of 2m from bottom of pole with 5 cm large bold letters 2" wide, complete all as specified and directed. (Location: Near Proposed Transformer)

M & L cement concrete (1:2:4) type B2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregates in coping and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating as directed with and including use of formwork complete all as specified and directed. (For coping of pole 02 Nos of Poles)

M & L cement concrete (1:4:8) type D2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregates in foundation, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed. (For bedding of pole 02 Nos of Pole)
