M&L for 60mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-35 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footparth, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc., of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of fine sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs 100 mm wide super strong adhesive waterproof permanent repair aluminium high polymer butyl rubber tape foil suitable for roof leak, surface crack, windows sill gap etc including necessary fitting and scrafolfing height upto 15 m, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs 12mm thick toughned glass as in hinged doors, partitions automatic doors and similar work including cutting to shape, drilling holes required, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 0.63 mm thick Galvanised, corrugated mild steel sheeting with two corrugations side lap, with L-type or J-type or cranked hook bolts, in roofs, walls etc. with grade of zinc coating including dismantling of old sheet, complete all as specified and directed.

Preparation of new zinc (or galvanised) steel and iron roof surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth to receive painting, by coating with mordant solution including washing and cleaning, etc and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat red oxide primer, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Powder coated superior quality venetian blinds horizontal or vertical type, complete all as specified and as directed.

Preparation of surface of roof sheets of hangar/bldg by cleaning, seal the holes with ‘J’ hooks, GI washer and cap by using PVC solvent/silicon bond to make water tight and leak proof to stop any seepage, complete all as specified and directed. Note: - Any leakage or seepage occurred during maintenance liability period, the contractor shall be carried out repair to stoppage of leakage/seepage without any extra cost to the Govt.

Taking down existing hangar door wheel shaft cutting through gas welding with necessary arrangements for lifting door through jack for removing hangar door top/bottom wheel and refixing after making good as per existing for smooth functional of door, complete all as specified and directed. Note: - Any accessories required shall be measured and paid separately.

S&F of hangar door wheel of the Ball bearing of size as per existing wheel inside the top wheel/Bottom wheel assembly properly with greasing etc., complete all as specified and directed.

Deduction to be made from BOQ for Schedule 'A' Part-II (Credit Schedule from dismentling/taking down items) worth 94,885.00 during AOC. Note :- Tenderers shall not quote for this Schedule.
