Rated Cooling Capacity -129600 or above BTU/Hr No. of IDU-1 No Air-flow/IDU-4400 CFM or above. No of ODU- 1 or 2 Nos Compressor -2 No Scroll Compressor Refrigerent -R410A. Installation,testing and commisioning charges for the following ductable split air conditioner (both indoor and outdoor unit) by making suitable scaffolding arrangement as per site condition and incl. nitrogen flashing, leak testing & vacuuming, gas charging etc as per direction of E.I.C of the following. 11 TR

Supply, installation,testing and commisioning of hard drawn Copper Refrigeration pipe line for Liquid Line/ Suction line suitable for the above ductable units with supports & brackets,elbow sockets (as per direction of E.I.C.) incl. 9 mm thick nitrile rubber insulation with proper tapping and mending good damages to original finish. Make of Cu Pipe - Rajco / Ryoku/ Mandev/Nippon Make of Insulation - Suprime / Accroflex / Armacell. 12.7 (1/2")mm dia with min 0.6 mm thick

Supply & installation of 25 mm PVC Drain Pipe Line (25 mm /32 mm OD,HD 1 mm thick )of the following size with 6 mm nitrile rubber insulation and with proper supports & brackets as per direction of E.I.C. (Make: Suprime/Oriplast)

Supply & fixing of fire retardant nonporous double layer flexible connection (CANVAS) between each indoor unit and duct as per direction of E.I.C.

Air Distribution System Supply,fabrication and installation of GSS sheet metal ducts (rectangular/ round) and plenum chamber complete with necessary MS supports , hangers anchor bolts, supply air collars, vanes, splitters dampers duly painted and as per specification for Air Conditioned Areas. 24 SWG

Supply & fixing acoustic lining of supply air duct and plenum with 25 mm thick resin bonded glass wool having 1.25mm thick density 32kg/m cube with 25mm x 25mm GI section at 600mm centre to centre with rainforce plastice tissul paper and 0.5 mm thick perforated aluminium sheet fixed to inside surface of ducts at cabmium plated, nuts, bolts, stick pins, cprx compund etc. completed as per direction of EIC.

Supply, Installation,Testing & Commissioning of split type AC machines having capacity Cooling Capacity range (6.6 KW or above KW), with fixed speed rotary compressor, refrigerant gas R32/R410 BEE star rating -3 (EER range 3.5 to 3.9), air-flow range CFM(780-850), both condenser and cooling coils made of copper tube connecting chord with plug top confirming to ISI 1391 (Part-I & Part-II) with all amendments. SITC inciuding vaccumiazation and Nitrogen of testing of following nominal size of soft/hard drawn copper refrigerent piping |for RAC systcm, complete with fttings, with adjustable ring type hanger supports, jointing/btazing inchuding acccssories, insulated with XLPE class -0 tubular insulatibn/with Class-O closed cell elastonctric nitrile rubber tubular sleeves sections of specified thickness as given helow for suction and liquid lines all accessorics as per specification etc. as required .
