BOQ ( REPLACEMENT OF SAND BAG AND ALLIED B&R WORKS FOR BLAST PEN AT TECH AREA AT AF STATION SURATGARH)

Procurement of empty new PVC sand bags and filling the bags with and including tibba sand / approved earth (as approved by GE) from sources outside defence land for forming embankments / area filling including raising. Filling the bags with tibba sand / approved earth minimum 22 Kg in each bags, sealed the sand bags with 6mm nylon rope and stacking the bags up to 8.00 metre height by head load in such manner and arrangement as directed including taking down old cement bags, small bushes if any, and making the surface of required shape for sand bag complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer in Charge. Note: (i) Colour of Bag shall be approved by GE. (ii) Tibba sand / Earth required for the item, shall be supplied by contractor from out side MOD land of any lead at his own arrangement. (iii) All cost of procurement of earth/tibba sand including cost of transportation, compaction, royalties, tax etc shall be deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted by the contractor.

M&L over embankments area of traverse wall earth filling around holes including raising and filling with tibba sand or approved earth up to 8.00 metre height by head load in such manner and arrangement as directed including taking down damage portion and clean small bushes if any, and making the surface of required uniform shape complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer in Charge. Note: (i) Tibba sand / Earth required for the item, shall be supplied by contractor from out side MOD land of any lead at his own arrangement. (iii) All cost of procurement of earth/tibba including cost of transportation, compaction, royalties, tax etc shall be deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted by the contractor.

Taking down cement plaster on brick walls & concrete surfaces & the like including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc., any description, including removal of rubbish outside MoD land ,complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer in Charge.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick in CM 1:4 on fair faces of brick or concrete surfaces finishing even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-Charge

M&L for rough cast plaster over and including base coat of rendering 10 mm thick in CM 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces finished even and fair on external surfaces of brick work , complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for preparation of new plastered wall surfaces and applying two coats of exterior acrylic emulsion paint (wheather proof) in camouflaging patterns (in multi colour shades as approved by GE) over and including one coat of primer (antifungal), complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Make-Berger, Asian Paint.

M&L for preparation of old plastered wall surfaces and applying two coats of exterior acrylic emulsion paint (wheather proof) in camouflaging patterns (in multi colour shades as approved) over and including one coat of primer (antifungal), complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Contract Amount shall be derived after affecting the amount of Schedule of Credit in General Summary on serial page No 16 of tender documents.
