Clearing Scrub Jungle without alignment for the widening of the formation of the road cutting of trace up to 30mm girth products the cleaning are to be stocked in such a place as ordered by the departmental officer and the ground shall be left in a perfectly clean condition. All holes of hollows whether original, existing (or) produced by digging of roots shall than be carefully filled up the earth well rammed and leveled of and the entire work completed in all respect.

Picking 5 cm to 10 cm old metalled surface and sectioning including cost and conveyance all labour charges etc complete.

Earth work excavation and depositing on bank with an intial of 10m and lift 2m in hard stiff clay, stiff black cotton, hard red earth and earth mixed with small size boulders, hard gravelly soil etc., as per SS 20A including laying and spreading in layer etc.complete.

Providing laying and compacting red gravel in accordance with requirements of the specification materials shall be in one or more layers as necessary including watering, consolidating by the power roller rolling and all labour charges for soiling including hire charges for consolidation etc. complete.

Providing and laying spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to Wet Mix Macadam(WMM) specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in machanical mix plant carriage of mixed material by tipper to site laying in uniform layers 250mm thick with pavers in SubBase/Base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density including cost of material,labour charges, rentals for machinery, fuel and all other incidental charges etc., complete.

Applying PRIMECOAT over WMB/ WMM surface at 7.00Kg of SS-1 Bitumen Emulsion / 10 sq.m including labour for spraying, hire charges for bitumen sprayer etc. Complete.

Applying TACK COAT over Primed WBM surface at 2.5Kg of RS-1 Bitumen Emulsion / 10 sq.m including labour for spraying, hire charges for bitumen sprayer etc. Comp.

Providing and laying open graded premix carpet of 20mm compacted thick using 0.18 cum of 13.20mm IRC size HBG machine crushed chips and 0.09 cum of 11.20mm IRC HBG machine crushed chips with 14.6 kg of bitumen for 10 sqm of premix carpet including laying of seal coat type A over the premix carpet using 0.09 cum of 6.7 mm IRC size HBG machine crushed chips with 9.8 kg of 60/70 grade bitumen per 10 sqm including cost and conveyance of chips and stacking them to departmental gauge for premeasurements including cost of bitumen which will be supplied by the department at departmental section stores and its cost will be recovered as per special condition appended including spreading the same and finishing and compacting the same by vibrator rolling to the specified lines and grades including all labour charges application of bitumen for seal coat over the premix carpet and spreading the seal coat and vibrator rolling seperately as per MOST specification 509 and 513 (III revision) including all labour charges hire and fuel charges for mini hot mix plant vibrator roller 80-100 KN capacity and all incidental charges etc., complete. (Using Paver Finisher & Vibrator Roller)
