Construction of 3.10 MLD CETP at Industrial Area Rooma in District Kanpur

Costruction of 3.1 MLD MBR BASED CETP IN ROOMA KANPUR INCLUDING E&M WORKS. The scope of work includes sampling, testing of inlet water, submission of hydraulic and structural Design/Drawing, basic layout, process flow and mass balance diagram, supply testing construction & commissioning of 3.1 MLD CETP including 3.1 MLD MPS, DG foundation, transformer foundation pretreatment and post treatment unit & all other units/buildings to achieve desired parameters as per NIT. SCADA automation, D.G. set, Admin building including staff room, lab building with all testing equipment, Ht & Lt panel room, laying of raw influent inlet pipe, construction of outlet channel as per requied dia, all internal roads etc. excluding supply of MBR membrane but including construction of all units & supply and installation of all equipments required for proper working of CETP. · Supply and Installation of MBR membrane for 3.1 MLD WWTP/CETP Rooma Industrial area Kanpur U.P. with Vetted design/drawing for inlet & outlet parameters as per specifications mentioned in the Tender Documents. · Construction of MPS - 1 nos capacity of 3.1 MLD. · DG foundation - 1 nos, size as per required design ·Transformer foundation- 1 nos size as per design ·Pretreatment and post treatment unit- as per vetted layout desing drawing ·DG set - 1 nos for required capacity ·Admin building - lab building with all equipments, Ht panel room, Lt panel room, staff room, size of all buildings as per design required. ·laying of raw influent inlet RCC NP4 pipe from existing mps to new proposed mps - 40 m, dia of inlet pipe as per design for 3.1 mld CETP. ·Outlet drain - RCC drain of size 1.2x1.0 m, Length- 50 mtr ·Internal road - CC road with m-20 grade concrete of size 3.00 x 0.20 m and 100 mm thick PCC, for length 150 mtr

3 months trial and run including power consumption and other necessary work required for proper operation of plant.
