Taking down Chowkhats or frames with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frame) exc 1.5 sq. m but n exc 4 sq. m each

S&F, solid PVC door frame of size 50mm x 47mm made out of 5mm plain colour PVC sheet reinforced with MS square tube, in opening as per specification and shown on drg in SSR Part-II 2020 complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F, factory made solid panel PVC door shutter 30mm thick (style) consisting of frame made out of MS tubes for top & bottom rails, MS frame shall be covered with heat moulded plain colour PVC ‘C’ channel having a PVC sheet strip of 20mm width stuck inside with solvent cement for styles and plain colour PVC sheets for top rails, lock rail and bottom rail on either side & as gap insert for top rail and bottom rail paneling of plain colour PVC sheet to be fitted in the MS frame welded/sealed to the styles and rails with suitable PVC sheet beading and jointed together with solvent cement, in the frame at site as per specification and shown on drawing in SSR Part-II (2020) complete all as specified and as directed.

M/L for 15mm thick, rendering in Cement mortar (1:6) on wall of stone surfaces & finished even & smooth w/o using extra cement.

Material and labour for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of oil emulsion distember over a coat of alkali resistant priming paint & smooth surface over a coat of alkali resistant priming coat etc.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises →

M & L for screed bed or bedding layer of cement mortar 15 mm thick in 1:6 for laying floor finishes

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment preparation of walls and applying two coats of oil emulsion distember over a coat of alkali resistant priming paint & smooth surface over a coat of alkali resistant priming coat etc.

M&L for Cutting chases, pinning in, making good to facings where required and pointing in cement mortar 1:3 to ends or edges of landings, steps, cills, sunshades, shelves, lintels, etc.; and cutting chases for concealed water tubing or concealed conduit wiring, etc. and making good, cutting exceeding 20cm girth

S/F 20 mm outer dia of CPVC pipes SDR 11 & Plain CPVC SDR 11 fittings in trenches complete all as specified. ( Note: The unit rate shall include the cost of short length with all pipe fittings and fixing accessories such as pipe hooks ,screw, clamps etc .
