Note:- Quoted rate shall be inclusive of scaffolding or alternative way of carrying out the work with proper safety instruction required at site.

Material and labour for applying two coat of solvent free Epoxy primer coat on oil/damp wall using with composition of UR Tech CG 2752 and UR Set CG 1054 in the ratio 100:60 Parts by weight Epoxy Primer to be homogeneous mixed, achieved by using a mechanical stirrer machine with agitator blades or alternatively a drill machine with a paddle stirrer. Primer will be applied at coverage of 3 to 4 Sqm per kilograms per coat of Epoxy primer, thickness of each coat shall be 120-150 microns complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Quoted rate shall be inclusive of scaffolding or alternative way of carrying out the work with proper safety instruction required at site.

Material & labour for PU (Polyurethane) Injection Grouting : Cleaning the surface and removing any dust, unsound or contaminated material, plaster, oil, paint, grease, corrosion deposits or algae. The surface should preferably be prepared using high pressure water jetting or light abrasive blasting, followed by thorough washing to remove dust and remaining particles. Dirt alone may be removed with wire brushes or similar mechanical means. Oil and grease deposits should be removed by steam cleaning, detergent scrubbing or the use of a proprietary degreaser. The effectiveness of decontamination should be assessed by a pull-off test. Blowing the cracks and treated surface with oil free air to ensure complete removal of all dust and loose particles. Ensuring that the surfaces are blown dry. In the presence of running water the flow must be stopped using Nitofill WS60 (or equivalent brand mentioned in PS Appx 'B') which produces a rapid setting water stopping foam. When the water is stopped the cracks are reinjected with Nitofill UR63 (or equivalent brand mentioned in PS Appx 'B'). All cracks must be sealed and injection packers or nipples located in place before Nitofill UR63 (or equivalent brand mentioned in PS Appx 'B' ) is injected. Once grouting operation is completed remove the packers and make good any holes or voids with Nitomortar FC (or equivalent brand mentioned in PS Appx 'B') and allow to cure. The Nitomortar FC can be ground off or softened with a blow lamp and peeled off.

Material & labour for providing and carrying out water proofing treatment (application) to walls, Bottom slabs, Top slabs etc after removing existing plaster upto parent concrete, proper surface preparation to remove any loose dust, dirt, laitance, loose mortar etc., after treatment of construction joints, cold joints, cracks etc. , pre-dampening the concrete surface and application of two coats of Nitocote CM 210(or equivalent brand mentioned in PS Appx 'B')- Elastomeric Waterproofing coating etc. complete including all tools and tackles as per manufacturer’s specification.

Material & labour as fixed in repair for Stainless steel decorative railings chains alloy grade 304 having 8 mm minimum thickness (design and pattern as approved) as used to connect two stainless steel post with hooks etc. complete with and including necessary welding, buffing/ polishing and fixing complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for taking down, chipping and removing the loose, spailt, damaged cement concrete, cement mortor surfaces of RCC columns, beams, walls, chajjah etc and exposing the reinforced cement , wire brushing and cleaning the exposed steel reinforced bar, applying rust remover over the cleaned re-bar surface wash the re-bar with clean water for removing all rusts from the old re-bar surfaces, fixing new reinforcement for strengthening the members as required, applying two coats of epoxy zinc primer on new and old steel surfaces, saturate the substrate with water applying one coat of polymer modified bond coat on affected concrete surfaces and finally providing 20mm thick polymer plaster (1:5:15, cement, sand, polymer) and finally finishing the surface all as specified and directed including removal of debris outside MoD land complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in- charge Note:- (i) The place of disposal shall be found out by the contractor (ii) New reinforcement and MS Sections will be measured and paid separately
