Demolition of stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc. laid, bedded and jointed in any mortar.

Material and labour for 25 mm thick PCC (1:2:4) type B-0 using 12.5 mm graded sone aggregate beow flooring as a levelling course in floor complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for machine cut Kota stone slab 20-25 mm thick over cement screed base laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match shade of the slab including cutting, waste, rubbing and mirror polishing with over and including 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar (1:6) for floor finishes, complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for 20-25 mm thick machine cut kota stone salb in skirting, risers of steps and pillars of size not less than 300x150 mm over and including screed plaster 10 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of slab incl rubbing and mirror polishing comple all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc.

Material and labour for 10 mm rendering in cement mortar 1:6 on other than fair faces of brick wall surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement.

Material and labour for 15 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 using water proofing compound @ 2% by weight of cement in finish coat on other than fair faces of brick wall surfaces, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete. Note :- water proofing compound shall be measured and paid seperately.

Supply only water proofing compound, ISI marked.

M & L for preparation of newly plastered wall surfaces and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of alkali resistant primer complete all as specified and directed

Material and labour for preparation of newly plastered surface of walls and applying of two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of 1 mm thick Birla white care putty etc. all as specified and directed.

Taking down wooden frame with shutter without taking off shutter from the frame, n-exceeding 1.50 sqm each including removing from site.

S&F factory made 100% solid WPC (Wood polymer composite) - door frame 125mm x 65mm (Moulded) single rebated made from wood polymer composite (single extruded process) material comprising of virgin PVC polymer of K Value 57-60 (suspension grade), calcium carbonate and natural fibers (Wood powder /Ruce hush/ Wheat Husk) and non toxic additives fabricated with meter joints after applying PVC solvent cement & screwed with fully body treaded star headed screws having minimum frame density of 780 Kg / cbm & having good screw holding capacity (Screw withdrawal strength of (Min, 990N) Minimum compressive strength of 58N/min2, modulus of elasticity 900N/mm2 and resistance to spread of flame of class A category with property of being termite/ borer proof, water / Moisture proof & fire retardant & fixed dia and length, all as per specifications drawings as directed by the Engineer -in- charge (Material test certificate and authentication should be compulsory provided by the manufacturing company)

Supply and fixing of 35 mm thick, factory made, gauged and skeleton shutters from 2nd class hardwood (hollock), open rebated, prepared to receive gauge, glass etc (without sash bars), edges of framing plain, chaimfered or rounded, fitted with cut & mitred beads for securing glass, guage etc, size of members of shutters as specified in SSR Part-I, members kiln seasoned as per IS-1141 and chemically pressure treated as per IS-401 complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparation of new wooden surface of any description not otherwise described over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint of approved shade over a coat of pink primer complete all as specified.

Supply and fixing of MS butt hinges, medium weight, cold rolled of size 100 mm.

S & F 3.5 mm thick figured glass, pin head type and glazing with oil putty in squares n exc 0.5 sq. m in each panecomplete all as specified and directed.

Taking down carefully aluminum/copper point wiring (light/fan/socket/power) complete including fittings such as switch, socket, ceiling roses light fittings etc and and making good disturbed surface of wall all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (Serviceable light fitting to be kept separately for re-use).

Supply and laying reinforced precast concrete cable cover, class LV, type 1 flat, 250mm x 150mm x 40mm.

Taking out old unserviceable protection pipe and supply and fix medium grade 40 mm dia GI pipe fix complete to wall , poles etc with suitable clamp for protection of cable complete all as directed.
