(ii) Removal of Sludge by vacuum operated German pump. (iii) Cleaning of walls, ceiling and bottom of tank by German made high pressure rotary jet 120 bar pressure. (iv) Removal of all dirty particles by industrials wet vacuum cleaner leaving the tank physically cleaned. (v) Sterilization of tank by Echo friendly biodegradable and highly effective disinfectant against all pathogenic agents.

Notes :- (i) Contractor must clean and disinfect the water storage tank within 24 hours after giving the site by Engr-in-Charge to avoid the disturbance of water supply to the connected area. (ii) In case of any accident during the work in progress the contractor will be fully responsible to give necessary medical aids and also compensation to worker under compensation act 1923. (iii) No extra payment will be made for transportation of any machineries required for cleaning and disinfection the storage tank. M&L for preparation of old painted surface of water cooler 40/80 ltrs cooling capacity and painting the same with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer, including removing corroded portion of steel surfaces and provisions of new mild steel sheet 18 guage fixed in position duly welded and suit the adjoining complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for repairing of voltage stabilizer for AC 5/4 KVA capacity , SP 240 volts including replacement of relays and electronic printed circuit board (PCB) with brand new relays & PCBs and testing on completion all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for repairing of voltage stabilizer for AC 0.5 to 3 KVA capacity, SP 240 volts including replacement of relays and electronic printed circuit board (PCB) with brand new relays & PCBs and testing on completion all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.
