Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for Lintels, beams, plinth beams, girders, bressumers and cantilevers.for concrete work

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete TMT bars grade Fe 500

Providing and fixing stainless steel ( Grade 304) railing made of Hollow tubes, channels, plates etc., including welding, grinding, buffing, polishing and making curvature (wherever required) and fitting the same with necessary stainless steel nuts and bolts complete, i/c fixing the railing with necessary accessories & stainless steel dash fasteners, stainless steel bolts etc., of required size, on the top of the floor or the side of waist slab with suitable arrangement as per approval of Engineer-in-charge.

40 mm thick rubbed Red Sand stone flooring over 20 mm (average) thick base of cement mortar 1:5 (1 cement: 5 coarse sand) with joints 3 mm thick, side buttered with cement mortar 1:2 (1 cement :2 stone dust) admixed with pigment to match the shade of stone and pointing with same mortar.

Pre finished nosing in treads of steps of Kota stone/ sand stoneslab.

Excavating, supplying, stacking and filling of local earth by power transport upto 5.00 km also including exvation loading unloding ,compaction ramming and watering etc. complete as per direction by E/I

300 mm dia piles Boring with hydraulic piling rigs ith power units, providing and installing cast in situ single under reamed piles of specified diameter and length below pile cap in M-25 cement concrete, to carry a safe working load not less than specified, excluding the cost of steel reinforcement but including the cost of boring with bentonite solution and the length of the pile to be embedded in pile cap etc. all complete.

300 mm dia piles extra over single under ream for providing additional bulbs 750 mm Dia in under reamed piles, under specified diameter.

Pumping out water by Centrifugal waterpump for dewatering or river seepage.

Providing and fixing of expansion joint system related with floor location as per drawings and direction of Engineer-In-Charge. The joints system will be of extruded aluminum base members, self aligning / self centering arrangement and support plates etc.

Providing and fixing stone jali 40 mm thick throughout in cement mortar 1:3 (lcement:3 coarse sand), including pointing in white cement mortar 1:2 (lcement:2 Stone dust) with an admixture of pigment, matching the stone shade jali slab without any chamfers etc red sand stone.
