Drilling the trial bore well of size 200mm with DTH & ODEX attachment generally in accordance to IS-2800-1979 (revised & amended) in all kind of soil & strata including electric logging keeping sufficient space for pea gravel packing including disposal of surplus soil with in 100 mtr well ramming & stablizing of material and transportation of drilling rig and other T&P to the site and back complete all as specified and directed up to the following depth suitable for ERW pipe of dia as catered in this work all complete as specified and directed .

Depth upto 80 Mtr

Note (a) The rate quoted by the tenderers shall deemed to include for transportation of suitable truck mounted drilling with DTH & ODEX attachment alongwith necessary accessories and T & P and site clearance for setting of machinery etc. (b) The location of bore well shall be decided on the basis of CGWB report as available with the department and will be decided by Engineer-in-Charge. (c) In the event of boring being unsucessful/inadequate yield, trial bore upto 03 Nos shall be carried out without any extra cost to the department and shall deemed to be including in the rate quoated by tenderer. (d) Second and third trial bores shall only be carried out in case the first and second trial bores respectively are declared to be unsuccessful by the GE in writing. (e) Depth of second and third trial bores may vary if suggested by CGWB. In case the depth is increased beyond 80m, contractor shall have no claim on account of increase in depth. (f) However , in the event of unsuccessful boring even after 3 Nos of trial bores, if it is decided to be given up, the site will be abandoned & payment for only first trial bore will be allowed only after approval of Accepting officer.

Reaming/widening of trial bore by drilling with rotary system upto 525mm dia bore at any depth and in any strata including all works pertaining to boring complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, assembling and lowering 200 mm nominal bore mild steel ERW ISI marked casing blank pipe having wall thickness 8mm as per IS-4270-1992 and jointing with electric arc welding, screwed and socketed in random length of 3 to 6 M, including necessary fittings i.e steel sockets, coupling, bail plug, strainer, taper reducer, well cap, jointing and painting with with one coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer and two coats of approved anticorrosive black bitumastic paint suitable for drinking purpose on both internal and external surfaces of pipe, complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying, assembling and lowering 200 mm nominal bore MS ERW fine cut having wall thickness 8mm slotted pipe conforming to IS 4270-1992 with slot of suitable size and number as per location of intermediate aquifiers complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Pea gravel of size 3.0 mm to 6.0 mm of approved quality as in packing around the linear assembly from bottom to ground level including continous watering during development/extraction of all size earthhing pipe complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Mild steel casing shoe to be welded with MS ERW casing pipe of 200 mm nominal bore suitable for DTH & ODEX drilling complete all as specified and directed.

MS housing clamp in two flaps made out of MS flat iron of size 1150mm x 200mmx20mm to hold 200 mm dia nominal MS column pipe at ground level including two coats of black bitiminous paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete, all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

Supply only Strata box made of 20mm thick in veneered particle board and 12mm thick ply wood with 25mmx25mm aluminium angle 2mm thick bearer overall dimension 1200mmx750mmx100mm with front glass sheet sliding type cover with aluminium frame all around 2 nos keys holes plate of size 40mmx25mm and 3 mm thick complete showing name of tube well loaction and strata chart complete(duly glass framed with wooden beadings) showing name of tube well location and strata sample with depth complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note :- The sample of strata obtained during drilling process to be covered under Sch 'A' Serl item No 1.01 & 1.02 shall be collected in PVC container of suitable size to keep this sample of starta in sarta sample box for reference of bore hole chart and ascertain the position of aquifire below the ground level.

Mild Steel well cap internal threading fabricated out of 6mm thick MS Sheet for 200mm dia bore pipe in two pieces having 80mm dia hole in centre with external bracket of flat iron of size 100mmx 6mm thick complete with nut,bolts and washers etc including painting over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

Foundation including earth work, excavation, removal etc for holding of tube well of size 100cm x100cm x100cm at ground level with housing clamp of size 115cm x 20cm x 20mm including two coats of black bituminous paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete made of precast cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-2(Using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate),as directed by Engr-in-Charge complete.

Development of bore well as per IS-2800 using min 250 PSI air compressor till slit free clear water is obtained from the well for an uninterrupted period of 16 hour in a cycle of 24 hours. the final discharge shall be free from sand with a miximum tolerance of 20 PPM complete to deliver 3 LPS of water complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Yield test for the bore well after development by continuously pumping for 16 Hrs to determine safe pumping yield complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Chemical/bacteriological analysis and potability test of water obtained from bore well from approved lab and submitting the report in Triplicate, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply, Install, lowering, testing, and commissioning of submersible pump set multi stage with electric driven motor of minimum capacity 7.5 HP, 4 LPS discharge at 100m head, 3 phase, 415 Volts Hz AC, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply, lowering & Fixing MS column pipes ISI Marked heavy grade of bore 50 mm as per IS-1239 with both end flanged duly welded having minimum 5 holes for nuts and bolts and solt cutting for passing of submersible cable complete including rubber gasket, nuts and bolts etc., complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying and fixing water proof flat submersible copper conductor cable 6 sqmm, 3 core, 1100 volts flat including nylon binding wire and accessories to clamp with column pipe at places to column pipe complete all as specified and directed.

Construction of Lorry filling pointof size 0.6m x 0.6m x 5m using precast cement concrete solid block masonary type C-1, 1:3:6 (20mm graded stone aggregate), exceeding 10cm in width and setting in cement mortar 1:4 over 150 mm thick PCC 1:3:6 (nominal mix) type C-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregates) complete , 10 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 on block work,surface finished even & smooth without using extra cement including earthwork complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing mild steel reducer, bail plug, mild steel strip for centering mild steel iron clamp complete all as specified and directed

G I tubing medium grade of 50 mm bore with all fittings and fixtures fixed to wall and ceiling or laid in floor/trenches complete all as specified and directed.

Cast iron gate valve of size 50 mm dia with CI drilled flanged ends (integrally cast) class PN-I.6 horizontal type, conforming to IS (ISI marked) with stainless steel spindle and iron wheel non rising type including jointing material complete such as rubber or fibre board insertion packing rings with requisite numbers of nuts, bolts & washers etc complete all as specified and directed. Cast iron reflux/ non return valve of size 50 mm dia , conforming to IS (ISI marked) complete all as specified and directed. Make : KIRLOSKAR/BIR/LEADER

Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60cmx60cmx6 mm thick buried directly in ground.(earth pit not less than 3.25 mtr deep below normal ground level) with top edge of plate not less than 2.5 mtr. Below ground level connecting to galvanised iron strip 32x6mm as earth lead by means of bolts, check nuts and washers of GI and earth strip protected by provision of GI pipe light grade, 40mm bore including provn of concrete pit in PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregates with 40mm thick cover of RCC (1:2:4) reinforced with XPM ( weight not less than 4Kg/Sqm) and frame ofangle iron 40 x 40 x 3mm with lugs 2 Nos and with 6mm dia MS bar handle made to shape, GI medium grade 20mm bore pipe for watering perforated at bottom 1.75 mtr long placed on top edge plate, common salt and charcoal filling, test point made out of phosphorous bronze with fixing arrangement, funnel, wire mesh and earth work in hard/dense soil,returning filling in and removal of surplus soil to a distance not exeeding 50 mtr, all as per electrical plate No 3 of SSR 2009 Part-I and connection all as specified and testing on completion. Note: The cost of excavation and earth work, PCC pit and pit covers, funnel and watering pipe, wire mesh, charcoal dust and common salt, 15mm dia, medium grade, GI pipe as protection to GI Strip and GI Strip as 32x6mm (main earthing lead from earth electrode to test point length not less than 7.5mtrs) shall be deemed included in the unit rate for earthing.

XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) with multi-standard aluminium conductor, 1100 volts grade, cross sectional area 16 Sqmm, 4 core, laid in trenches or passing through pipes, including making necessary connections at both ends, complete all as specified and directed.

Sand cushioning to protection of underground cables, laid 8 Cm before laying and 15 Cm after laying of cable, and punned to form an overall layer of 18 Cm thick, complete all as specified and directed Note: Punned thickness shall be measured.

Supplying and laying factory made un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover,class LV type-1,flat size 250x150x40mm as per IS code-5820 -1970 all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches n exc 1.5 M wide and n exc 1.50 M in depth for foundations, laying of pipes/cable etc & n.exc 10 Sqm on plan for manholes etc & n.exc 1.50 M in depth & getting out in any type of soil, complete all as specified and directed by Engrs-In-charge.

Returning filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm, complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated soil to distance exc 50 M and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 M above the starting point complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-charge.
