SCHEDULE OF WORKS

Taking down old / defective copper/aluminium point wiring of any concealed type (light, fan, socket or power) from the existing locations complete including fixture and fittings such as sunken boxes, laminated sheets along with switches, sockets, regulators, ceiling roses etc. removing materials and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors, ceiling etc to match with the adjoining surfaces complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for point wiring in replacement with 1.5 sqmm single core, PVC insulated, unsheathed, multistranded copper conductor cable, FRLS type, 1100 volts grade conforming to IS-694 drawn through in and including non-metallic rigid PVC conduit 25mm dia medium grade for concealed or casing & caping for surface wiring including conduit accessories concealed/surface in walls, floors except in roofs duly chases cutting groove by chiselling/ mechanically as required and making good the dusturbed surfaces to match with existing surface including GI modular boxes flushed in walls covered with modular white cover plate and frames of required size fixed with cadmium plated iron screws incl modular switches, sockets, regulators, ceiling roses etc and including 1.5 sqmm PVC insulated, single core, unsheathed, multistranded copper conductor cable, FRLS type, 1100 volts grade as earth contuinity conductor and connecting to common earth dolly complete all as specified and directed for one light point, ceiling fan/exhaust fan point controlled by one, one- way switch.
