Demolition of brick/stone masnory built in cement mortar.

Excavation in trenches, nexc 1.5 m wide and nexc 1.5 m in depth, in soft/ desentigrated rock for foundation etc nexc 10 Sqm on plan and nexc 1.5 m in depth and getting out.

M&L PCC M 10 work for nominal mix concrete type C2,1:3:6 (40 mm graded aggregate) as in foundation,

M&L for cement concrete M-30 (design mix) (20 mm graded aggregate) as in foundation, including rafts, footings, foundation beams; plinth beams; bases for columns, etc.; basement slabs, under-reamed piles and mass concrete

M&L for cement concrete M-30 (design mix) (20 mm graded aggregate) as in column.

M&L for cement concrete M-30 (design mix) (20 mm graded aggregate) as in beam etc.

M&L for pre-cast cement concrete block masonry, type C1 1:3:6 (20 mm graded aggregate) with solid blocks exc. 10 cm in width and setting in cement mortar 1:6

M&L for applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of primer including preparation of new plastered surfaces of wall complete.

S&F for angle 50 x 50 x 6 mm including cutting to any length and welding etc. as in fencing post confirming to Fe-290, Grade 'E' 165.

M&L two coats of syenthtic enamel paint paint over a coat of red oxide including preparation of untreated steel surfaces.

S&F galvanised 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24 mm dia barbed with 2 mm dia bars at 75 mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of bolts, including, securing or tying at crossing with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc as directed by Engr-in-Charge. (each line wire to be measured).

S&F concertina coil fencing with punched tape concertina coil 600mm dia,10m openable length (total length 90m) having 50 Nos rounds per 6mtrs Length of wall with existing angle iron ' Y ' Shaped placed 2.40m or 3m apart stuid tied with GI staples and GI clips to retain horizontal,including necessary bolts or GI barbed wire tied to angle iron, all complete as per direction of engr-in- Charge,(cost of MS angle C.C blocks shall be paide separatly)

M&L for cement concrete type B1, 1:3:6 (20 mm graded aggregate) as in coping

M&L for 25 mm thick broken glass coping over RCC/PCC surface of wall etc. in cement mortar 1:3 complete.

Returning, filling in, including spreading , levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm for soft/desintegrated rock.

Removing excavated material exc 250 m and n exc. 500 m and depositing where directed.

S&F Frame work such as grills, gratings, etc with ends of bars shoulded and or riveted, or forged into spokes framed guard bars barred iron doors, ladders, framed balusters work of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe 290 gde-E-165
