Providing and laying prime coat with bitumin emulsion on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.70 Kg/ Sqm. using mechanical means as per Technical specification clause 502(1). Providing and laying dense graded bituminous macadam with higher capacity batch type HMP using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 4.5 per cent by weight of total mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MoRTH specification clause No. 505 complete in all respects. (Including Cost of All Matarial T&P, Royalty, Taxes, Labour Cess etc but Excluding GST )

Providing and laying tack coat with bitumen VG-10 using emulsion distributer at the rate of 0.20 Kg / Sqm. on the prepared granular surface treated with primer and cleaned with hydraulic broom as per technical specification clause no. 503 (I) (Including Cost of All Matarial T&P, Royalty, Taxes, Labour Cess etc but excluding GST )

Providing and laying bituminous concrete with 100-120 TPH batch type hot mix plant producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 5.4 per cent of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORTH specification clause No. 509 complete in all respects (Including Cost of All Matarial T&P, Royalty, Taxes, Labour Cess etc but excluding GST )

Construction of un-reinforced, dowel jointed, plain cement concrete pavement (M-35) over a prepared sub base with approve grade cement @ 400 kg per cum, coarse and fine aggregate conforming to IS 383, maximum size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm, mixed in a batching and mixing plant as per approved mix design, transported to site, laid with a fixed form or slip form paver, spread, compacted and finished in a continuous operation including provision of contraction, expansion, construction and longitudinal joints, joint filler, separation membrane, sealant primer, joint sealant, debonding strip, dowel bar, tie rod, admixtures as approved, curing compound, finishing to lines and grades as per drawing (Including Cost of All Matarial T&P, Royalty, Taxes, Labour Cess etc but excluding GST )

Construction of sub-grade and earthern shoulders with approved materials obtained from R.O.W. with all lifts & leads, transporting to site, spreading, gradding to required slope and compacted to meet requirement of table No 300-2. As per MORTH clause 305 (Including Cost of All Matarial T&P, Royalty, Taxes, Labour Cess etc but excluding GST )

Earth work in excavation of foundation of structures as per drawing and technical specification, including setting out, construction of shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious matter, dressing of sides and bottom and backfilling with (Including Cost of All Matarial T&P, Royalty, Taxes, Labour Cess etc but Excluding GST )

Providing and laying 600 mm dia NP-3 H.P. jointing with coller in proper position including cost of cemment, jute etc required for proper completion of work. But excluding cost of coller. As per S.I. 26 (Including Cost of All Matarial T&P, Royalty, Taxes, Labour Cess etc but Excluding GST )

PART B Maintainance cost :- Maintainance cost will be paid year wise as per Government order No. 17/2024/SA.-113/23-1-2024-23-1099/113/2023 Date 16.01.2024 and HQ UPPWD,Lucknow order No. 3689COPRMC/Mul-23-24 Date 17.02.2024 . Maintainance cost will adjusted as per final cost of construction and will be paid accordingly.

1st year- maintainance cost 0% on Bituminous, CC & drain Work etc. (Including labour Material T&P etc. complete as per direction of E/I & also including all taxes. Labour cess but excluding GST)

2nd year- maintainance cost 0.25% on Bituminous, CC & drain Work etc. (Including labour Material T&P etc. complete as per direction of E/I & also including all taxes. Labour cess but excluding GST)

3rd year- maintainance cost 0.50 % on Bituminous,CC & drain Work etc. (Including labour Material T&P etc. complete as per direction of E/I & also including all taxes. Labour cess but excluding GST)

4th year- maintainance cost 0.75% on Bituminous,CC & drain Work etc. (Including labour Material T&P etc. complete as per direction of E/I & also including all taxes. Labour cess but excluding GST)

5th year- maintainance cost 1.00 % on Bituminous,CC & drain Work etc. (Including labour Material T&P etc. complete as per direction of E/I & also including all taxes. Labour cess but excluding GST)
