Earthwork in bulk excavation by mechnical means (Hydraulic excavator ) over areas( exceeding 30 cm in depth, 1.5 mtr in width as well as 10sqm on plain ) including disposal of excavated earth lead upto 50 mtr and lift upto 1.5 mtr as directed by Engineer I/c all kinds of soil
Providing and laying in positon cement concrete of specified grade incl.curring, but exlcuding the cost of centering, shuttering all works upto plinth level with 1:4:8 (1:cement 4:coarse sand 8: graded stone agg.40mm nominal size)
Form work, centering, shttuering, propping etc and removal of form for
a). Foundations, footings, bases of coloumns etc
b). Suspended floor, roofs, landing etc
c). Lintels,beams, plinth beams, girders etc
c). Coloumns, pillers, piers/abutment, posts and struts
Steel reinforcement for RCC work including straightening cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete thermo-machnically treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more
Providing and laying in position machine batched mixed design mix M25 grade cement concerte for reinforced cement concerte work, using cement concrete as per approved design mix . Incl.pumping of concrete to site of laying but excl.the cost of centering shuttering, finishing and reinforcement. incluidng admixtures in recommended proporations as per IS-9103 to acclerate, retard setting of concerete improve workability without impairing strength and durability as per direction of Engineer I/C.
a). All works upto plinth level
b). All works above plinth level upto floor-V level
Extra for RCC work above floor V level for each four floors or part thereof. (7th level)
Providing and laying of GSB( Granular sub base) or Khak Bajri for back filling and plinth of connecting of corridor including watering, and compacting complete job.
Labour charges for fixing of precast (AAC) auto clave areated blocks ) at (6th to 7th level) incl. hosting and setting in position with adhesive jointing compund. Incl. cost of all leads, lifts centering, shuttering and all taxes complete but excl. Cost of AAC blocks and Adhesive compound (AAC blocks and Adhesive compund Available at site)
Note:- All BOQ items are inclusive of cost & carriage of all material complete job
