Supply and Delivery of MS pipes of preferred dimensions ranging from 168.30mm OD to 2540mm OD having 2.6mm to 25mm thickness as per Table- 5 of IS 3589/2001 fabricated with Fe410 grade steel conforming to IS 3589:2001 and other allied codes.For dia and thickness of 711mm and 7.1mm i)Pipes shall be internally lined with plant applied cement mortar lining 1:2, The Lining thickness range from 6 mm to 12 mm for 168.3 mm OD to 2540 mm OD as per Table -8 of IS 3589:2001.ii)Pipes shall be externally coated with plant applied CM 1:3, minimum 20mm thick including reinforcement as per clause A-9 of Annex-A of IS 3589:2001.iii)Coal Tar Enamel Wrapping Tape as per IS 15337:2013 TWAD SOR Pg.No52

Supply and erection of steel centering, shuttering for soffits and sides including necessary supports and strutting for all RCC works using MS sheets of suitable size of BG 10 stiffened with MS angle of size 25 X 25 X 3mm for boarding laid over Silver Oak joists of size 10cm X 6.5cm spaced at 90cm c/c and supported by Casuarina Props 10cm - 13cm spaced at 75cm c/c etc., complete and as directed by TWAD Board Officers.(Retrieved Materials should be taken back by the contractor.).

Vibrated cement concrete of grade M30 grade design mix using ISS HBG metal including cost and conveyance of all materials to site including cost of cement at site excluding cost and fabrication of steel but from work and centering soft water labour charges for mixing transporting placing in position , vibrating and compacting finsishing ans curing concrete , working of heights hire charges for tools and plants including all other incidental charges etc., complete as per standard specification.

Providing , Laying spreading and compacting grading aggregates to WET MIX MECADAM specification in 150mm thick including premixing the mateirals with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant , cariage of mixed materials by tipper to work site laying in uniform layers in sub base/base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to acheive the desired density including cost of materials, labour charges rental for machinary, fuel and all other incidental charges etc., complete as per clause 406 of MORTH .
