Installation of lightning arrestor, GOAB, Earth Pit along with accessories and tree trimming at 11KV Overhead Line at Substation, RRS under Regional Repair Shop Dakra, NK Area.

Erection of metallic pole of following length in cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand: 6 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) foundation including excavation and refilling etc. as required. Above 11.0 meter and up to 13.0 meter

Supplying of two lengths of channel iron 75 mm X 40 mm X 6 mm (7.14 kg per meter) double pole cross arm for 2/4 wire 440V over head line conductors complete with through bolts and nuts for clamping to the poles, 50 mm X 6 mm M.S. flats welded on one side to the channel iron and with bolts and nuts on the other side for tying the cross arms together, including drilling holes for insulator pins/ fittings, bolts, nuts and washers etc (as per drawing) and painting with primer and finish paint as required.

Erection of double pole 3 wire cross arm for 11KV over head lines as required

Supplying and erection of three piece nonlinear resistor type lightning arrestor suitable for 3 wire, 3.3 KV overhead lines with rated voltage 9 KV (rms) with a nominal discharge current rating of 5 KA and complete with galvanized clamping arrangement, G.I. bolts, nuts, washers etc. as required.

Earthing with copper earth plate 600 mm X 600 mm X 3 mm thick including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe of 2.7 meter long etc. with charcoal/ coke and salt as required.

Supplying and laying 25mm X 5mm G.I strip at 0.50 meter below ground as strip earth electrode, including connection/ terminating with G.I. nut, bolts, springs, washers etc. as required. (Jointing shall be done by overlaping and with 2 sets of G.I nut bolt & spring washers spaced at 50mm)

Dismantling of 11KV grade, 400 Amp. Air Breaker Gang operating switch at double pole structure.

Providing of 11KV grade, 800 Amp. Air Breaker GOAB Isolator.

Providing of Horn Gape fuse unit.

Erection cost of 11KV grade, 800 Amp. GOAB Isolator at double pole structure.

Cleaning jungle including uprooting of rank vegetation, grass, brush wood, trees and saplings of girth upto 30 cm measured at a height of 1 m above ground level and removal of rubbish upto a distance of 50 m outside the periphery of the area cleared.
