Wall painting one or more coats on old work with plastic emulsion of approved brand and manufacture on undecorated wall surfaces including priming coat to give an even shade including thoroughly brushing the surface free from mortar droppings and other foreign matter and sand papered smooth as required for making the surface including carriage of material within all leads and lifts in all floor levels as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.
