Satisfactorily completed (at least 90% of the contract value), at least one similar nature of work such as Construction Lift irrigation Scheme/Water supply Schemethrough piped network/tank filling scheme by lifting of waterto an extent of 50% of the cost of the work of value not less than Rs. 8452.35 Lakhs during the last five years (2020-21 to 2024-25). The value of the completed work shall be given a weightageof 10% per year to bring them to the price level of FY 2025-26

The Intending Bidder/Tie-up partner should have executed 2 Nos. of Vertical Turbine/Submersible/ Centrifugal HT Pumps with a capacity of not less than 1450HP/1081KW during the last five years (2020- 21 to 2024-25). The work done certificate should be obtained duly signed from an Officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer of the concerned division. otherwise it shall be issued / counter signed by Superintending Engineer( if the work is done in other states)

Each Tenderer should further demonstrate Availability by owning at least 50% of the required/specified key and critical equipment for this work and the remaining 50% can be deployed on lease/hire basis for all works provided the relevant documents (commitment agreements etc.,) for availability for this work are furnished Hydraulic Excavator of not less than 0.9 cum capacity-12No (Owned-6 Hire/ Lease-6), Tipper of not less than 4 cum capacity-4No (Owned-2 Hire/ Lease-2), Self-Loading /Transit Concrete mixer of not less than 4 Cum Capacity-4No (Owned-2 Hire/Lease-2), Breakers-2No (Owned-1,Hire/Lease-1),Crane/hydra-2No (Owned-1,Hire/Lease-1)

The tenderer should make arrangements for tie up agreement with identified vendors for supply and installation of pumps. The vendor should possess valid license to supply pumps according to the scope of work(including laboratory testing, design and commissioning). The intending bidder shall enter into tie up agreement with authorized pump manufacturer / supplier with Rs.500/- stamp paper in prescribed format which shall be concluded prior to bidding and uploaded to bid document

Liquid assets and /or availability of credit facilities of no less than Rs.4700.00 Lakhs (Credit lines/ letter of credit/ certificates from banks) for meeting the fund requirement etc

Achieved in at least two financial years a minimum financial turnover (in all classes of civil engineering construction works only) of Rs. 16904.69 Lakhs. Financial turnover of previous years will be given a weightage of 10% per year to bring them to price level of FY 2025-26

The tenderer shall be eligible KPWD or of any state CPWD Registered contractor
