Demolition of reinforced cement concrete of any description and in any position not other wise specifically provided for complete all as directed.

M&L for Reinforced Cement Concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in chajjas and necessary formwork complete as specified and as directed.

M&L for Reinforced Cement Concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in fins, fascias, louvres, parapets, and railings exc. 60cm in height, newels, balustrade, and the like and necessary formwork complete as specified and as directed.

M&L for Reinforced Cement Concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in Beams, cantilevers, bressummers, lintels over 1.5m span and necessary formwork complete as specified and as directed.

S&F TMT reinforcement bars 10mm dia and over including all cutting bending binding cranking placing & binding with MS wire (ann ealed) not less than 0.9mm dia, complete.

all as item No 5 above but but 5mm dia and over upto and including 10mm dia in stirrups, spacers and binders all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour, Gunniting to existing RCC Chajja, facia, parapet, beams, landings and similar RCC members after removing all loose concrete & preparations of surface, application of derusting chemical such as Dr Fixit Rust Remover or equivalent, welding additional bars/welded steel wire fabric if found necessary, priming reinforcement bars with a coat of zinc primer of coating not less than 40 micron, provision of bonding agent with bonding material like Dr Fixit bonding agent and repair to external RCC structure with slurry light and steel/ply form work and shortcrete concrete of mixed 1:3:1 (one part of cement, three part of coarse sand and one part of 10mm and down aggregate) of minimum 50mm thick incl plastering 5 mm thick in CM mortar 1:3 all as specified in IS 9012-1978 (all priming and bonding epoxy based paint shall be of Dr Fixit epoxy zinc primer or equivalent) etc complete all as specified and directed, as below:- Note(s) : 1. The rates include for necessary formwork and scafolding etc. 2. Reinforcement and welded steel wire fabric will be measured and paid separately.

Demolition of brickwork built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc complete all as directed.

M&L for brick work with sub class 'B' old size brick, straight or curved on plan exc 6.0 mtr mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 etc complete all as specified.

M&L Brick work with sub class 'B' Bricks, straight or curved on plan to any radius as in half brick thick wall in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.
