M&L for cleaning of existing water tank from inside surfaces of the tank by scraping down walls & bottom surafce using steel wire brushes to remove all disputation/fungus, other micro-organisms etc. Using light hammer & wire brushes, taking out and removing sediment loose dirt/mud sludge, vegetation and other foreign materials completely from the internal and external surface of tank disposal of all the waste/spoil to a distance exceeding 50 mtr. And washing repeatedly with acid based material, corrosion inhibitors and dispersing agents solution inside surfaces of tank with water and washing with clean water thoroughly and preparation of the surface to review new plaster complete all specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for providing and fixing welded MS wire mesh weighing not less than 1 kg/sqmt on the prepared surface which should be cleaned and should be removed from dirt, fungus and all foreign material, complete all specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for repair to cracks and damaged existing surface of tank/sump upto 20 mt height from natural ground level by structural strengthing using epoxy injection grouting material, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. (a). Applying and Fixing NRV packers in all column and beams and other surafces from all access side Distance of injections will be 50 cm c/c in matrix pattern. (b) Injecting solvent free, two component low viscosity epoxy injection grout designed as a moisture insensitive for deeper penetration., high molecular weight, thermosetting to reach very deep pores, voids, cracks and honeycomb in the concrete, specific gravity of which shall be 0.95, and having curing time of 30-90 minutes area by suitable gun/pump at required pressure (100 bar to 150 Bar, including cutting of nipples after curing etc and sealing the nozzles with Epoxy FIller and preparing the surface to match with the existing surfaces all as directe, complete all specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Applying 10mm layer of Non-Shrink Polymer Modified Fiber Reinforced Mortar to produce a thixotropic mortar . The product shall achieve a compressive strength (ASTM C 109) - 45 MPa in 28 days and a flexural strength (ASTM C 348) - 7 MPa at 7 days. adhesion bond strength of 2MPa, giving creep strain reduction of 10%, finish the surface with extra cement and sand even and smooth,complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge

M&L for providing and applying single component cement based free flowing grout with 10 mm washed aggregates; The grout shall be having non shrink property and a positive expansion of up to min 1 % in the plastic state and a flowability of 3 M at head of 250 mm for a gap width of 50 mm, developing a compressive strength of 25 MPa in 1 day & 60 MPa in 28 days, shall not bleed or segregate,having a minimum pot life of 20 minutes after which the expansion shall start, shall be also developing a flexural strength of Minimum 10 MPa & bond strength of 10 MPa, It shall have resistance to dynamic loads and specimens shall not get damaged /cracked on being subjected to alternate loads of 5 MPa to 25 MPa @ 500 Cycles per minute for minimum 2 Mio cycles, It shall be chloride free and creep resistant; with epoxy bonding agent having mix density of 1.45 to 1.5 kg/ltr,compressive strength(BS- 6319 PT 3)-40 MPa at 7 days bond strength (ASTM- C 881)-11 MPa at 7 days having an overlay time of 3 hrs at 30°C pouring cementitious grout into the formwork using suitable arrangement or if required using pumping device for and the bottom shuttering after 7 days ensuring proper bond between the cementitious grout and existing concrete substrate etc including all tools and tackles as per accepting officer,complete all specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge .

M&L for applying 2 coats of Epoxy Resin Based Concrete Bonding Agent for proper bonding between old surface with micro-concrete/new surface.The bonding agent shall be a two component solvent free epoxy supplied as ready to use at site. The product shall have a minimum pot life of 120 Min at 35°C and an open time of atleast 4-6 Hours @ 30°C up to which new concrete can be poured complete all specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for applying 2 coats of polymer modified primer for steel having MuCis technology and which is a blend of Portland cements, graded fillers, corrosion inhibiting additive, and re-dispersible polymers in powder form that when mixed with water forms slurry for application by brush to cover exposed reinforcement. The product shall achieve an adhesion bond strength of 1 MPa to steel. It has got a pot life of 30 minutes @ 30°C. The touch-dry time shall be 10-15 minutes @ 30°C. The mixed density shall be 2.01-2.05. The water/powder ratio by weight shall be 0.3. It shall achieve coverage of 2 kg /Sq.Mtr @ 1.0mm thickness, applying on visible reinforcement surfaces to form a continuous film not less than 1mm thick and preparing the surface to receive concept of epoxy grout mortar act including providing necessary proportions, bracing and runners to relieve the members from the load coming on it including scaffolding with working platform as required and as per design and pattern including preparing the surface to match with the existing surface,complete all specified and directed by engineer-in-charge.

M&L for application of water based acrylic polymer primer cum sealer coating on prepared surface having high performance copolymer emulsion, formulated to achieve specific performance characteristics that shall dry to a transparent finish and supplied as a single component white liquid to exposed concrete or masonry surface after proper surface preparation, cleaning of dust,dirt etc. The system shall form a film and shall have excellent water retention after film formation. It shall have coverage @8-10 sqm/ltr/coat on prepared surface complete all specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for providing and applying Concrete Curing Compound (comply with ASTM C309-90) over the plastered surface. The curing compound shall be a white, low viscosity wax emulsion incorporating a special alkali reactive emulsion breaking system. This impervious film prevents excessive water evaporation which in turn permits more efficient cement hydration, thus reducing shrinkage and increasing durability. It shall have a specific gravity of 1.02 and the minimum application temperature shall be 10°C and shall have a coverage of 8-10m² /litre /coat, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for applying two coats of hygienic coating on inner walls & floors/bottoms of OHT using 2 part, solvent free epoxy resin coating for lining and potable water retaining structures having 100% solid contents , approved by CFTRI(USFDA-175.300) and complies to ASTM D 2370,etc, non-toxic cured film meets requirements as per IS 9883:1981 , BS : 6920 : 2014, IS 16676:2017 (Clauses 4.3 & 9.1) and AWWA C-210 : 2003, WRAS Approved, Coating to be applied after proper surafce preparation to remove loose dust, dirt etc. cleaning, mixing using slow speed electric drill and application of 2 coats at 200 microns DFT complete as per specification and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for providing and filling epoxy putty/mortar into RCC crack after opening up RCC cracks in V-groove manner approximate 5-10 mm wide & 5-10mm deep using mechnical cutter, properly cleaning the same to remove loose dust, dirt etc. And filling the same using three components, solvent free, thixotropic Epoxy resin based putty having 100% solid contents, mixed density of 1.6 g/cc, compressive strength — 50 N/mm2 in 7 days, Flexural Strength- 25MPa, Tensile Strength- 14MPa, pot life of 40 minutes at 27 degree C, Drying time 8 hrs. recoatable time 24 hrs. And finishing in line and level with existing concrete surface etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in charge.

M&L for dismantling/taking down old existing unserviceable cement plaster loose/unsound weaken cement concrete of any description and in any position from existing external/internal surfaces of RCC/slab/beam/columns RCC facies etc. average depth 15mm (approx. height upto 15 mtr from natural ground level) with power driven of penumetic chisel and removal upto the approval municipal dumping ground outsides MOD land including cutting of all edges, making square shoulders of the cavities roughening the smooth surfaces, scrapping out/removing corrosion all loose/scale/rust etc from the visible reinforcement by applying rust remover and cleaning the steel reinforcement properly and then applying single component cementations on visible reinforcement surfaces to form a continuous film not less than 1mm thick and preparing the surface to receive concert of epoxy grout mortar act including providing necessary proportions, bracing and runners to relieve the members form the load comming on it including scaffolding with working plat form as required and as per design and pattern including preparing the surface to match with the existing surface, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for providing and applying anti-yellowing coating, The coating to be applied on wall shall be liquid applied highly durable waterproof coating system for wall, based on high quality acrylic emulsion, functional filler, sunlight stable pigment and quality fungicides. It shall have properties that provide features like crack bridging ability, breathability, flexibility & exterior durability and resists micro-organism growth.It shall cover hairline cracks up to 0.5 mm effectively. It shall have excellent crack bridging ability and shall bridge cracks up to 2 mm width. The elongation at break is approx. 220 %. The tensile strength is 0.7 Mpa. It has a hardness shore ‘A’ scale of 80, with an adhesion strength of 3.4 Mpa. The coating is UV resistant, algae and fungus resistant, and has a water vapor permeability of 40 gm/m²/day and a crack bridging ability of 1-2 mm. The coating must be applied with temperature above 5°C and below 45°C. The coating shall be applied in two coats of by roller or brush application at the interval of 4-6 hours.Allow applied coating to dry or cure for 7 days complete all specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for applying 25 mm mm screed with one component polymer modified fibre reinforced PMM with water producing thixotropic consistency using heavy-duty slow speed drill with spiral mixing paddle or a Pan type mixer where ambient temperature if 30°C or more use of chilled water for conditioning the bagged product in an air-conditioned store prior to use. Mixing temperature shall be between 5 and 40°C. Mixed material shall achieve compressive strength (ASTM C 109)- 45 MPa in 28 days and a flexural strength (ASTM C 348) of 7 MPa in 7 days. Tensile Strength (ASTM C 1583) - 3MPa in 28 days. cement and sand can be used for finishing the surface even and smooth. It shall compensate both plastic and hardened shrinkage and have minimum direct adhesive bond strength of greater than 2 MPa. It shall be alkaline, compatible with host concrete with similar thermal properties and shall achieve a elastic modulus of minimum 25 kN/Sqmm.,complete all specified and directed by engineer-in-charge

M&L for drilling hole chemical anchoring of reinforcement on existing columns/chajja/beams with Hilti HIT-HY 70 , minimum hole depth 100mm, steel bar 12mm dia and drill bit dia 14mm, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for form work to sides and soffits of lintels, beams, columns, shelves, chajjas including overhangs etc for fair finished flat surface, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge

M&L for MS TMT bars 10mm dia and over as in reinforcement cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends & binding with and including MS annealed wire not less than 0.9mm dia complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge

Note: (a) The work for item Sr No. 1 to 19 to shall be executed directly by manufacturer or their authorized applicator. Application shall be authorized in writing by company and guarantee/responsibility of work executed shall be owned by manufacturer in writing. (b) Quoted rate shall be inclusive of material all labors tools and plants scaffolding and working upto 20 mtr height. (c) Adoption of necessary safety arrangement like safety belts. ropes. helmets, netting etc. which are required for safety of working at height etc. which are required for safety of working at height exceeding 3 to 25 mtr height shall be mandatary and deemed to be inclusive on quoted rates.

Dismantling stone slab and tiles of any description or thickness in floors , apron laided bedded and pointed in any mortar.

M&L for 60 mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-35 with approved colour, design & pattern as in footpath, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc., of required strength, thickness & size/shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in require embedding/lying of inter locking in to sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand, complete all as specified.
