Daily routine/Preventive maintenance works, up keeping, attending faults of minor nature of submerged scrapper conveyor, clinker grinder, furnace bottom ash hopper gates, their hydraulic drive/actuator system and their associated equipments round the clock. One job includes the above work in three shift (one shift is of duration 8.00 hrs.) in a day for one unit of 2X500 MW. (A) Centrifuging of hydraulic oil of oil reservoir being used for hydraulic drive of submerged scrapper conveyor, clinker grinder & furnace bottom ash hopper gates of furnace bottom ash disposal system of unit 4 & 5 , 'B'TPS, Anpara. One job includes the above work for one oil reservoir. (B) Cleaning of ash sluice way near submerged scrapper conveyor in between column H8 & H11 in unit no. 4 & Column H18 & H21 in unit no. 5 and over size bund in case of choking and settlement of pieces of heavy clinker and ash protector's clamps fallen furnace in SSC body in unit no. 4 & 5, 'B'TPS, Anpara. (C) Cleaning and servicing of Accumulator package for chain tensioning unit of SSC of furnace bottom ash disposal system, 2X500 MW, BTPS, Anpara. (D) Cleaning of drain way near submerged scrapper conveyor in front of oversize bund 'A' & 'B' side in unit no 4 & 5,'BTPS, Anpara. One job includes the cleaning of both side drains in one unit.

One job includes the above work in three shift (one shift is of duration 8.00 hrs.) in a day for one unit of 2X500 MW. a) Primary Air Preheater, Model : 25-VIX-1625 (04 NOS.). b) Secondary Air Preheater, Model : 30-VIX-2300 (04 NOS.).
