Restoration of damaged Apron, Bhaledh Feeder Tunnel (BFT), Desilting Chamber (DB) and Silt Flushing Tunnel (SFT) in Bhaledh Baira Siul Power Station (BSPS)

Excavation and manual removal of consolidated RBM in BFT & DB from silt flushing gallery (2.13mX1.5m) by entering from SFT outlet. All deposited RBM to be removed through silt flushing gallery as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

M-25 Concreting - Providing and laying in position machine batched and machine mixed design mix M-25 grade cement concrete for reinforced cement concrete work, using cement content as per approved design mix, including pumping of concrete to site of laying but excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement, including admixtures in recommended proportions as per IS: 9103 to accelerate, retard setting of concrete, improve workability without impairing strength and durability as per direction of Engineer-in-charge : All works upto plinth level : Cement content considered in this item is @ 330 kg/cum. Excess/ less cement used as per design mix is payable/recoverable separately)

High Performance Concrete (HPC) grade M65 in spillway/glasis and spillway u/s of bulk head gate curve portion.

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level., Mild steel and Medium Tensile steel bars

Drilling of 32mm dia holes for 25mm dia steel anchors and 500mm deep into old concrete by way of jack hammer or other suitable equipment

Epoxy resin system of approved make filling in drilled holes for anchoring as per technical specifications including the cost of all materials carriage, staging scaffolding and labour etc. complete finished item.

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for : Walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, butteresses, plinth and string courses etc.

Providing and applying epoxy resin binding agent complying with ASTM C881-78 type II, grade 2 class B or C before laying of HPC for glacis repair.

Providing and applying high performance cementitious mortar (sika mono top - 412 (N) on exposed/ eroded concrete surface as per technical specification. Generally, the thickness of the layers shall be kept 12.5 mm. (Complete finished items with all lead and lifts)

Providing & fixing of trash rack panel in trench weir.

Providing, Fabrication and Installation of steel liner plate (Confirming to IS -2062:2011) including rolling to the required radius as per drawing and welding with approved electrode having excellent mechanical properties for heavy joints under restraint and subjected to dynamic loading.

Structural steel work in single section, fixed with or without connecting plate,including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete.
