Dismantling, clearing away and carefully stacking materials useful for re-use for any thickness of walls Dismantling of Cement concrete

Cement Concrete 1:4:8 (One Cement, Four sand and eight hard broken stone jelly) using 40 mm gauge hard broken granite stone jelly for foundation including dewatering wherever necessary and laid in layers of not more than 15 cm thick, well rammed, consolidated and curing etc. complete complying with standard specification for 10 Cubic Meter.

Providing granolithic floor finish of the following thickness with plain cement concrete 1:2:4 (One Cement, Two Sand and Four aggregate) using 10 to 12mm gauge hard broken stone jelly including laying, finishing and the top rubbed smooth with power trawl, thread lining, curing etc. complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. (The rate is inclusive of necessary planking for panelling wherever necessary and as directed by the departmental officers) 40mm thick

Finishing the top of roof with one course of machine pressed tiles of size 23x23x2 cm in CM 1:3 12 mm thick including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges etc complete

Brick work in cement mortar 1:5 mix using country bricks 83/4"x41/4"x21/4"and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges etc complete for 100 cft (2.832 Cubic Meter) - Above base

Plastering with Cement Mortar 1:5 (One cement and Five sand), 12mm thick in all floors including curing etc. complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying and fixing following thickness of cuddapah slab for cupboard 20-30mm thick

Distempering the old wall and ceiling two coats with best oil bound distember of approved quality including preparation of surface, the rate includes cost of brushes, high scaffolding arrangements, neat finishes, etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Painting the old iron works two coats with syntactic enamel paint of approved quality and colour including ordinary scraping using brushes and neat finishing etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the Departmental Officer (the colour and quality should be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use)

Painting two coats with approved Black Oxide for Old Black board

Painting Old Plastered Wall Surface with Two finishing coats of ready mixed (Emulsion) of approved quality and colour over the existing wall in all floors etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. (The make, quality and colour of paint should be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use on works.) Two coat

Wiring with 2x4 Squre Meterm(56/0.3) PVC insulated SC unsheathed Cu.Conductor cable of 1100V grade in suitable pipe on wall and ceiling with PVC accessories with 150 mm x 100 mm x 63mm TW switch box for 15 A 3 pin non inter locking Wall socket with 15A Flush type switch with painting of suitable colour, with continuous earth wire connection of 14 SWG TC wire for open PVC power plug point. Earth work excavation for foundation (for narrow excavation) in all soils and sub-soils and to full depth as may be directed except in rock requiring blasting inclusive of shoring shuttering, bailing out water wherever necessary and depositing the surplus earth within the compound in places shown by the departmental officers with an initial lead of 10 mts and initial lift of 2 mts. and clearing and levelling the site, etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Supplying and filling in foundation, basement, etc with filling M.Sand in layers of not more than 15 cm thick well watered, rammed and consolidated etc. complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

The rate shall be inclusive of cast of removable cast iron grating.
