Supplying, laying, testing and commissioning of LT UG cable, XLPE insulated, heavy duty, 1100V grade of size 120 Sqmm 3½ core electric cable with aluminum conductor, served with an inner sheathing of PVC tape armored with galvanized steel wire or tape and overall PVC sheathed, laid in trenches or passing through pipe, making all connections with and including provision of necessary glands, lugs, bushing etc as required including taking down existing unserviceable cable complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

All as per item No 1 here-in-before but of size 95 sq mm. 3½ core

Re-laying /fixing only existing, XLPE insulated, Armoured, Electric Power UG Cable (Heavy Duty), 1100 Volt grade of any cross sectional area complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note :- (i) Serviceable cable obtained from Ser Item No. 1 to 8 shall be used for relaying/ fixing. (ii) Earthwork excavation sand cushioning, Jodhpur Stone patti, GI protection pipe shall be measured and paid separately in their respective items.

Excavating in trenches, n exc 1.5m wide and n exc 1.5m in depth , for foundation, etc or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, laying of cables etc. n exc 10sqm on plan and n exc 1.5m in depth and getting out in any type of soil complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Excavating in trenches not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5m in depth for foundation, laying of cable/pipe/pole etc or soil for shaft, walls, cesspts, manholes, pier holes etc not exceeding 10 sqm on plan and n exc 1.5m in depth and getting out in Soft/disntegrated rock complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Returning, filling in, including, spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick soft/loose soil complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Returning, filling in, including, spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick soft/disintegrated rock complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Removing excavated material soil/disintegrated rock to a distance not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting point all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for sand cushioning to underground cable with tibba sand and punning to provide required cover complete all as directed by Engineer-in-charge. (Note :- Punned thickness of sand cushioning shall only measured for the purpose of payment).

Supply & laying 40 to 50 mm thick roughly hammer dressed Jodhpur stone patti cable cover 25 cm to 30 cm wide and n.exc 60 cm long each laid dry abutting with each other with maximum gap between adjacent slabs n.exc 10 mm complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Re-laying only of existing Jodhpur Stone Patti cable cover in Trenches for Under Ground Cable Protection complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note :- Serviceable material obtained from taking down shall be re-used.

Supply and fixing MCCB 4 Pole 400 Amps, breaking capacity 36 KA, thermal & magnetic adjustable type, 415 volts with extended copper terminals complete and connecting links on LT panel/feeder pillar including dismantling/taking down existing unserviceable MCCB complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (Note: ICS = ICU 100%).

Supply and fixing MCCB 4 Pole 250 Amps, breaking capacity 36 KA, thermal & magnetic adjustable type, 415 volts with extended copper terminals complete and connecting links on LT panel/feeder pillar including dismantling/taking down existing unserviceable MCCB complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (Note: ICS = ICU 100%).

Supply and fixing MCCB 4 Pole 200 Amps, breaking capacity 36 KA, thermal & magnetic adjustable type, 415 volts with extended copper terminals complete and connecting links on LT panel/feeder pillar including dismantling/taking down existing unserviceable MCCB complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (Note: ICS = ICU 100%).

Supply and fixing MCCB 4 Pole 160 Amps, breaking capacity 36 KA, thermal & magnetic adjustable type, 415 volts with extended copper terminals complete and connecting links on LT panel/feeder pillar including dismantling/taking down existing unserviceable MCCB complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (Note: ICS = ICU 100%).

Supply and fixing MCCB 4 Pole 100 Amps, breaking capacity 16 KA, thermal & magnetic adjustable type, 415 volts with extended copper terminals including taking out existing UNSV / burnt MCCB complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. (Note: ICS = ICU 100%).

Supply and fixing MCCB 4 pole 63 Amps rupturing capacity 16 KA with connecting links on LT panel/feeder pillar including dismantling/taking down existing unserviceable MCCB complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing MCB TPN 100 Amps rupturing capacity 10 KA with connecting links on LT panel/feeder pillar including dismantling/taking down existing unserviceable MCB complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing MCB TPN 63 Amps rupturing capacity 10 KA with connecting links on LT panel/feeder pillar including dismantling/taking down existing unserviceable MCB complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F in repair, MCB Tripple pole and netural rated capacity 32 Amps, 415 volts breaking capacity 10 KA complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F in repair, MCB Single pole and netural rated capacity 40 Amps, 240 volts breaking capacity 10 KA complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for cutting the existing bituminous road / hard standing to size not exceeding 45cm wide and depth not less than 45cm for passing of UG cable through GI pipe and making good the disturbed surface filled with excavated material and top 200mm depth with plain cement concrete 1:3:6, type C1 using 20mm graded aggregate complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F steel water tubing 50 mm bore, 'light grade' galvanised, with all fitting and fixed complete to walls and ceilings or laid in floors in trench on pole for protection of cable etc and including taking down existing pipe of any description complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply,installing, testing and commissioning in repair out door type LT feeder piller box of suitable size, padestal mounted, CPRI approved, tested factory made totally enclosed, dust and vermin proof, double leaf shutter in front and single leaf shutter in rear side made of 3.15 mm thick CRCA sheet, framing with 50 x 50 x 6 mm thick MS angle iron and legs of size 0.5m long . duly fabricated and having proper locking arrangement in both front and rear door with 4 side slanting roof duly projected and painted to both internal and External surfaces with powder coating paint in heat process of sheet and suitable for 415 volts, 50 Hz, 3 phase 4 wire system and comprising with and the panel shall be mounted on 50x50x6mm angle iron stand of height 45cm above ground and 45 cm embeded in ground on suitable PCC foundations. Computer cut shelf adhesive vinyl danger notice plate having conventional symbol of bone & skull be provided complete and taking down existing etc complete all as specified and as directed. The panel shall consists of following accessories:-

Incoming Side (i) MCCB 4P of capacity 250 Amps, 415 Volts, 50 Hz, 3 phase breaking capacity 36 KA with thermal magnetic release - 01 No (ii) Digital type Multifunctinal meter CT operated class 1 accuracy suitable for measuring v, A,PF,kW,kva etc 3 Phase, 4 digit, high resolution, LED type with one side programmability – 01 No. Make- L&T Part No- WL411021OO00 (iii) Indicator lamp with holder key flush mounted,LED type Red, yellow, blue with toggle switch– 03 Nos. Make L&T- Part No- SIL-00000. (iv) Bus bar strips made of Aluminium 400 Amps (Hindalco Make)of size 50 x10mm min 1 Mtr length – 04 Nos aluminium bus bar TPN duly insulated with coloured PVC sleeve as per standard colour code and rigidly mounted on bakelite/DMC insulator bus bar support (Square/round ) insulators of suitable size and good insulation resistance (v) CT 250/5A) -03 Nos

OUTGOING:- (a) MCCB 4 Pole of capacity 160 Amp , breaking capacity 25KA with thermal release- - 2 Nos (b) MCCB 4 Pole of capacity 125 Amp , breaking capacity 25 KA with thermal release -3 No (c) MCCB 4 Pole of capacity 63 Amp , breaking capacity 10 KA with thermal release -03 Nos (e) Internal control wiring with 1100 volt grade 1.5 Sq.mm stranded copper cable as per colour coding for all connections with suitable size lugs as required and as specified.

M & L bore earthing not less than 250 mm dia 16 feet deep filled with black soil up to 7 feet from bottom complete with galvanized iron pipe 40 mm bore medium grade 3 meter long tapers at bottom & provided 12 mm holes (staggered) at 75 mm centre to centre up to 2.5 meter of length from bottom , burried directly in ground filled with 45 cm alternate layer of chemical magnisium sulphate & salt up to ground level connected to galvanized iron strip 25 x 3 mm as earthing lead by means of bolt and nut, check nuts and washer of galvanized iron or steel including brazing work and 40mm dia light grade pipe for earth lead protection including all necessary earth work, excavation, earth chamber with PCC 1:3:6, type C1 and RCC chamber cover of PCC 1:2:4 with handle and 20mm dia GI watering pipe with funnel and wire mesh etc and testing on complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

NOTE FOR ITEM No. 33.00 [i]. Excavation & earth work in any type of soil including removing of surplus material upto 100M [ii]. PCC (1:3:6) type C1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate in pit & 40mm thick precast RCC (1:2:4) type B1 cover 50x50 cm with 8mm round bar @ 15 cm C/C both ways. [iii]. Main earthing strip from earth electrode to test point upto 7.5 mtr. [iv]. Funnel with watering pipe [GI pipe] 20mm bore [ISI marked] medium grade & copper lugs and charcoal & salt as reqd. [v]. GI protection pipe of size 40 mm bore light grade 7.5m.

Taking down or removing of rusted body part/panel door existing LT Panel feeder pillar box of any size and shap, supply, fixing and febrication in existing, shap and size with and including 3 mm thick CRCA sheet and all jointing material such as nuts, bolts or washer and welding etc complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge NOTE : (i) The panel board repaired shall be made totally enclosed, weather proof/wemin proof for installing incoming/outgoing MCCB/ Switch fuses/cable etc complete all as directed. (ii) The rates quoted by the contractor are deemed to be with and including necessary cutting, welding, levelling and jointing etc. as directed to match & accommodate with the existing feeder pillar box/panel board. (iii) The replaced porting shall be painted with two coat of synthetic enamled paint over a coat of red oxide primer. (iv) The rates quoted by the contractor deemed to be with and including dismantling/taking out/removing carefully, any damaed part/portion of the feeder pillar box/panel board as directed.

M&L for painting the old existing LT panel board /feeder pillars including scraping and removing the old painted surfaces and painting /matching the same colour paint including two coats of super enameled paint (Gray paint) and without distrubing the existing electric system and removing grass and bushes including its roots growing around the panel all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for straight through joints (epoxy) for under ground cable including joints kit complete for making joints suitable for aluminium conductor cables of size 16 sqmm to 25 sqmm 4 core including taking up of old existing joints complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for straight through joints (epoxy) for under ground cable including joints kit complete for making joints suitable for aluminium conductor cables of size 35 sqmm to 50 sqmm 3½ core including taking up of old existing joints complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for straight through joints (epoxy) for under ground cable including joints kit complete for making joints suitable for aluminium conductor cables of size 95 sqmm 3½ core including taking up of old existing joints complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for straight through joints (epoxy) for under ground cable including joints kit complete for making joints suitable for aluminium conductor cables of size 3½ core 120 sqmm to 185 sqmm 3½ Core and including taking up of old existing joints complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for finding cable fault with electronic fault detector in LT UG cable of size 25 to 300 Sqmm complete including earthwork and jointing cable complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note :-LT UG & Joint Kit shall be measured paid separately.

S&F LT cable route indicator made out of cast iron plate of 150 mm dia 4mm thick having embosed wiriting LT cable fixed on MS angle iron 30x30x5 mm of 900 mm long with two nuts,bolts and grouting 500 mm length under ground and splitted and bent to shape and embedded in ground with PCC (15 cmx 15cm x 15 cm) including taking down existing cable route indicator complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for repair bus bar strip any type of LT panels /Feeder pillars boxes with anodised aluminium strips insulated with insulating sleeves of RYB colour of suitable size including fixing accessoreis i.e nut bolt washer as per site requirement complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L to defect faulty cable portion by excavating, cutting and taking out of burnt out unserviceabloe cable and replace new LT UG Cable size as required jointing both side with epoxy type straight through jointing kit and returning, filling complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- LT UG Cable and cable joints kit etc shall be measured and paid separately

Material and labour for spreading levelling with 20 mm graded coarse aggregate / gravells laid approximately 75 mm thick layers near Feeder pillar/2/4 pole structure and plateform complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix in repair digital Ammeter 0-800 Amps, 3 phase for existing panel complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix digital volt meter 0-500 Volts, 3 phase for existing panel complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix LED indicating lamp of main supply indicating 'R', 'Y', 'B' (set of three) complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F in repair digital type multifunctinal meter CT operated class 1 accuracy suitable for measuring v, A,PF, kW, kva etc 3 Phase, 4 digit, high resolution, LED type with one side programmability – 01 No. Make- L&T Part No- WL411021OO0 or equivalent in Appx 'C' list of makes.

M&L plain cement concrete (1:4:8) type D-2 (using 40mm grade stone aggregate) as in foundation complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for precast cement concrete (1:3:6) type C-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in block masonry with solid blocks exceeding 10cm width and setting in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick on stone/block masonry surfaces or surfaces other than fair faces of brick work or on one side of lathing in cement mortar 1:4 & finished the surface even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for plain cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 (using 20mm grade stone aggregate) for coping including necessary form work finished and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
