SPL REPAIR REPLACEMENT OF PASSENGER LIFT AGAINST BER AT MH UNDER GE DINJAN

Providing, Supplying, Installing, Testing and Commissioning (SITC) of Machine Room Less (MRL) Passenger Lift Providing, supplying, installing, testing and commissioning of 08 Passenger (544 Kg) capacity of car size 1100mmW x 1300 mm D x 2200 mm H, central opening doors, 1.0 m/s speed, 03 stop, simplex operation, Machine Room Less (MRL) passenger elevator , complete with PM Gearless machine, VF regenerative closed loop drive, LVA/ACD controller, flat coated steel belt traction system, full collective operation, automatic rescue operation, intercom, voice synthesizer, infrared curtain door protection, overload device, emergency fireman service, emergency alarm, emergency car lighting unit, nudging feature, manual rescue operation and all standard safety devices. The lift shall have stainless steel SS-304 hairline finish car and landing doors, stainless steel mirror finish false ceiling, cross flow fan ventilation, stainless steel handrails on three sides, granite flooring, monochrome LCD car position indicator, hall position indicators with hall call buttons, DC door operator, center opening automatic doors of size 800 mm × 2000 mm, suitable for a travel height of 7.4 m serving (Ground + 2) Floors (03 stops). The hoistway size shall be 2070 mm × 2880 mm with pit depth of 1600 mm and overhead clearance of 5000 mm. The work shall include all accessories, wiring, guide rails, brackets, buffers, commissioning, statutory inspections, testing, obtaining approval from competent authority, warranty and handing over complete in all respects. Note: (i) Rate shall include all required OEM recommanded civil works such as front opening wall modification on each floor, pit construction/modification, pit water proofing, lift shaft modifications required as per ground requirement & OEM recommandation, machine support arrangements, openings, grouting, finishing and all allied civil works and internal wiring work necessary for complete installation and commissioning of the lift. (ii) Bidders shall visit site before quoting rates for understanding site work conditions.

Dismantling and taking down old lift complete with sliding doors and carriage including all associated components and stacking at site after disconnection of all electrical connections, transportation to the MES store yard complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Quoted rate is deemed to be inclusive of dismantling the old lift incl all accessories, loading/unloading, transporation and handing over to MES at store yard including necessary T&P required at site.

Supply, laying, connecting and testing XLPE insulated PVC bedded galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cable (Heavy duty) 1100 volts grade with standard aluminium conductor of size 25 Sqmm 3.5 core confirming to IS-7098, Part-I/2011 with latest amendments laid in cable trenches / duct / wall / surfaces / pipe including compression gland, lugs as required at site, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 600mm x 600mmm x 6mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 metres deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 metres below normal ground level connected to galvanised earth lead 25mm x 5mm thick GI strip by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel all as shown in electrical plate connected to earthing test point all as specified or indicated including testing on completion complete all as specified and directed. Notes :- (a) Main earth lead beyond 7.5 metre shall be measured and paid for separately. (b) The quoted unit rate shall also deemed included for earth work in hard/dense soil, PCC (1:3:6) type C1 chamber, RCC 1:2:4 type B1 cover 50mm thick reinforced with 8mm dia TMT bars @ 150mm C/C both ways, funnel with watering 20mm GI Pipe medium grade 2.7 m long, GI protection pipe light grade 40mm dia and wire mesh, test point, charcoal dust/breeze etc.

Supply and laying 32 mm x 6 mm thick GI strip in from earth electrode and connection with GI nut bolt & spring washer including excavation and refilling as required, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying tubes, 'light grade' galvanised os size 40mm, with all fitting and fixed complete to walls and ceilings or laid in floors complete all as specified and directed
