Cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-0 using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate as in bed block of hold fast, coping including necessary form work etc complete all as specified.

PCC (1:2:4) type B-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregates as in foundation filling & mass concrete, complete all as specified.

100 mm thick, cement concrete type D-2, (1:4:8) using 40 mm graded stone aggregate, finished even & rough, as in sub floors, complete all as specified.

Factory made PCC chequered tiles, ISI (IS:13801) marked, with grey cement & no pigment, 22-25 mm thick, of size 300 mm x 300 mm, in floors, over & including 15 mm thick cement mortar (1:4) screed, set and jointed with grey cement slurry complete, all as specified.

Rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces, finished even and fair on walls in cement mortar (1:4) including taking down existing cement plaster, any description on walls etc including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc,complete all as specified.

Uprooting tree/plants upto 30 cm girth from wall or any part of building upto double storey buildings completly to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge, making good the disturbed portion and filling holes in cement mortar (1:3) or PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate to match with existing surfaces and removal of rubbish outside MOD land complete all as specified.

Prepration of old plastered or un-plastered surface of ceiling and applying one coat of white wash complete all as specified.

Prepration of old plastered wall surfaces and applying two coats of interior acrylic distemper complete all as specified.

Two coats of exterior acrylic emulsion over a coat of exterior (water based) primer on old treated surfaces of roof and sheet, in disruptive/camouflaging pattern of four shades, including preparation of surfaces, complete all as specified.

NOTES APPLICABLE TO SRL ITEM 10 TO 14 HERE-IN-ABOVE: (i) Exterior acrylic emulsion & primer shall be applied only through approved applicators, authorised by the manufacturers for such works. (ii) Entire quantity of material for this work shall be procured by the contractor from manufacturer's Depot & deposit the same with Enginer-in-Charge and same shall be issued to contractor on daily basis as per consumption at site. (iii) RGB value of four shades of disruptive/camouflaging pattern shall be all as shown on Drg No. GE/SK-1/19 sheet 1/2 & 2/2. (iv) The rate quoted by the contractor shall included for scaffolding and necessary formwork.
