ITEM No. 1 Supply, installation, Testing and commissioning of Highly precision microprocessor based controlled floor mounted (as per scope of work enclosed) top discharge air-conditioner comprising of energy efficient stepless variable capacity or totally variable scroll compressor with heater, humidifier, dehumidifier, copper air cooled air conditioning unit with Green gas refregent, variable speed composite material EC fan including gas charging, pressure testing, leakage testing, vaccumizing, dehydration including suitable size & length drain pipe, 18 SWG hard copper piping up to 10 mtrs between indore unit and outside condensing unit, electrical cabling, flexible fire proof double layred cloath connections with vaccum presser etc, including painting, clamping the piping, angle iron stands,suitable control cable for indoor and out door unit, as per specification and maintaining required temperature 20°C ± 1°C and RH - 50 ± 10%. and providing & fixing of sensor with display box in each A.C. room for recording & display of AC parameter like Humidity & Temp., Including necessary required foundation (angle iron stand/ cement concrete) for complete installation of new precision A/c plant, make (Blue box/ Vertive (Formly known as Emerson)/ Hirros/ schneider/ Stulz or equivalent) Note - Other reputed makes may be considered, subject to their satisfactory completion reports for S.I.T.C. of precision A.C. and availability of CAMC backup in Delhi NCR.

5 TR capacity (as per manufacturar guideline)

ITEM No. 2 Supply, installation, balancing and commissioning of fabricated at site GSS sheet metal rectangular/round ducting complete with neoprene rubber gaskets, elbows, splitter dampers, vanes, hangers, supports, insulation of ducts etc. as per approved drawings and specifications of following sheet thickness complete as required.

ITEM No. 3 Supplying, fixing, testing and commissioning of fire dampers in supply air duct/main branch and return air path as and where required of required sizes i/c control wiring, the damper shall be motorized and spring return so as to close the damper in the event of power failure automatically and open the same in case of power being restored. The spring return action shall be inbuilt mechanism and not externally mounted. The damper sahll also be closed in the event of fire signal complete as required and as per specifications.

ITEM No. 4 Dismantling & shifting of existing precision A.C. plant 05 TR deposit to our sotre including cleaning of ducts etc. complete in all respect, as directed by engineer In-charge.
