Supply & fixing LED Street light 90 Watt WARM WHITE CCT>3000K with silicon gasket for IP 66 (no glue) protection suitable upto 50mm OD holder fixed on existing poles. LED street light shall be made up of pressure die cast alluminium LM 6 alloy housing with toughened glass and high power LEDs with efficacy minimum 100 lumens per watt and secondary lenses with IP 66 protections (of any one of maufacturers of LED viz; Nichia, Cree, OSRAM, Philips), top opening for separate driver compartment with frame, brand, logo embossed, toughened glass cover, driver. High power ceramic base, CRI > 70 and bolted inside the luminaire panel. Average life class of 50000 hrs metal body fully coated phase to phase protection at 440 V upto 4 hours and > 300 V auto cut and restart feature. Luminaries and driver shall be of same make to avoid any dispute and service issue later, connecting up with twin core flexible copper conductor 1.5sqmm nominal dia. cable all as specified and directed. Note :- The contractor shall be submitted LM 79 test report, LM 80 report with minimum 9000 hrs testing to support 50K life TTC and dirver, NABL accredited report for approval of Engineer-in-Charge before execution of work.

Supply and fixing of 45 watt LED Inverter street light with suporting AUTO ON/ AUTO OFF and must have DIMMING facility from 10 to 100% of rated wattage as per user defined timeline. Housing made of pressure die cast aluminium, TOP MAINTAINABLE and with clear heat resistant toughened glass, have secondary lens for better optics, should have LM80 certified LED of CREE, NICHIA, OSRAM, SEOUL make only electronic driver with 5KV SPD , IP66. Street light shall have inbuilt Li-ion battery of 5200mAH and shall have > 1.5hrs battery backup at inverter load in case of power failure, efficacy > 100LPW, CRI >70, THD < 10%, PF > 0.95, cut off voltage at 300 volt + 10%, CCT>5700K and suitable for 40mm mounting pipe complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Before placing the order contractor must get approved TD and sample from GE.

S&F GI pipe bracket made out of GI pipe light grade 32 mm bore and bent to shape 1.5m long, MS clamps made out of MS flat iron of size 40mm x 5mm thick and drilling of hole for and including nuts, bolts and washers including painting MS clamps with two coats of synthetic enemal paint over a coat of red oxide primer including taking down the existing GI pipe bracket complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repair of three phase 8 KW automatic street light control switch using Infrared Sensor based NATURE SWITCH for automatic switching of street lights. Nature switch operation should be based on Natural Light Lux level. Switching off illuminance level should be of minimum 30 Lux and Switching off illuminance should be greater than or equal to 10 LUX. The sensor should also have part night operation facility of min 4 hrs to maximum 12 hrs. The circuit shall have a provision for manual over ride operation. The sensor along with suitable power contactors and incoming-outgoing MCBs should be enclosed in a pole/wall mountable enclosure made of rust proof, electric shock proof, termite proof and FR grade SMC junction box conforming to IP 66 complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Repair / tightening of end terminals of street light fitting , flood light, Post top lanten of any size/ capacity at any height and repair the street lights, flood lights and post top lanten having minor faults i.e loose connections, carbon deposition, shifting and refixing the same etc and make the light functional all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note :- (a) Complaint shall be done within one day after intimation by JE E/M/ Enger-in-Charge failing which penalty of Rs 250 per day per complaint will be levied on contractor. (b) One supervisor wil report to JE E/M /Engineer-in-Charge on daily basis with complaint register.

M&L for painting the PCC pole of 05 Nos bands/ strips of 30cm wide each with two coats of synthetic enamel paint (black and yellow) at a distance of 30cm from the plinth block upto 1500mm height and marking / sign writing of pole number and feeders locations of pole with thick synthetic enamel paint (white) including all MS fitting street light brackets MS flat, angle iron, pipe etc to match the existing poles complete all as specified and directed

Supply, fixing and testing of Aerial bunched (AB) cable LT 1100 volts grade (for street light) of size 1 core x 35 sq mm (phase conductor) + 35 sq mm (bare messenger conductor) constitute of stranded compacted circular aluminium phase conductor insulated with XLPE ( Sioplas) compound and bare messenger stranded circular all aluminium alloy conductor, including all fittings such as anchor clamp, suspension clamp, service clamp and any other fittings including taking down old ACSR conductor complete all as specified and directed. Cutting/ trimming of tree branches of any width/ girth upto 3m distance of LT over load lines including collection and depositing the retrived timber at a place as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Notes :- (i) Each span have a distance 35m approximately. (ii) All cutting branches of tree shall be thrown away/ burnt at approximately 500 to 700 mtr away as directed. (iii) Transport shall be provided by contractor for throwing away branches of trees, No extra payment will be made for transportation. (iv) Cutting the tree branches as and when required shall be carried out within three days after intimated telephonically/ whatsapp msg or by letter to contractor, failing to do so a penalty of Rs. 100/- per day will be levied on the contractor.

Note: A Schedule of Credit for old/unserviceable demolished/ dismantled items has been catered for in the tender. The Schedule of Credit is pre-priced by MES.
