Taking down old u/s steel window / ventilator and S & F Steel window/ventilator factory made, out of MS hollow section 79mm x 39mmx1.6mm thick frame with double shutter (glazed & wiregauged shutters) made out of Z section using flush butt welding and tennon riveting all as per IS 1038/83, dobby hinges shall be provided to both shutters, Locking arrangements as per sample approval by GE, provided with knob, 10mm MS square bars in grill, Z section handle 100mm size and 150mm long hook & eye welded to frame and shutter, four Nos lugs welded to frame inculding necessary flat iron beading for securing wire gauge etc including holes, cutting holes for hold fast and making good in PCC 1:2:4 type B-1, and plaster with finishes to match the existing surfaces, including synthetic enamel paint over a coat of zinc chrome red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed. Note : Wire mesh and sheet glass shall be measured & paid separately under respective items.

Dismantling wall and ceiling boards (fiber, pulp, insulation etc.) any thickness, including cover fillets etc complete all as specified and directed.

Providing & Fixing false ceiling with Fibre Cement Designer tile Ivory painted (High Pressure Steam Cured) of 4mm thickness (as per IS:14862) of size 595x595 mm and any one of the design (oceanic, lake & hill, cascade or electra) in true horizontal level, suspended on inter locking metal grid of hot dipped galvanized steel sections (galvanized @ 120 gms, both side inclusive) consisting of main "T" runner with suitably spaced joints to get required length and 15x32 mm made from 0.30 mm thick sheet, spaced at 1200 mm c/c and cross "T" of size 15x32 mm made of 0.30 mm sheet, 1200mm long spaced between main "T" at 600 mm c/c to form a grid of 1200x600 mm and secondary cross "T" of length 600 mm and size15x32 mm made of 0.30 mm thick sheet to be interlocked at middle of the 1200x600 mm panel to form grids of 600x600 mm and wall angle of size 15x20 mm made of 0.30 mm thick sheet and laying false ceiling tiles in the grid including , required cutting/making, opening for services like diffusers, grills, light fittings, fixtures, smoke detectors etc. Main "T" runners to be suspended from ceiling using GI soffit cleats fixed to existing RCC lintel with dash fasteners, GI adjustable rods of 3mm dia with galvanised Butterfly level clips, spaced at 1200 mm c/c along main T, bottom exposed width of 15mm of all T -sections shall be centra black pre-painted with polyester paint, and having a load bearing capacity of 12 kg/sqm, all complete at all heights as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fixing Powder coated aluminium (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron) work for doors, windows,ventilators and partitions (Fixed portions) with extruded built up standard tubular sections/ appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS:1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/ neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight,mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing/ paneling, C.P.brass/ stainless steel screws, all complete as specified and directed.
