Labour only for attending day to day external water supply complaints of all nature i.e leakage in water supply pipe lines, fitting/fixture, over flow of overhead tank, no water supply,taking out water from trenches during repair including noting the complaints in complaint register complete all as directed by Engineer-in-charge. (Any material required for attending complaints shall be measured and paid separately under respective item herein after)

Labour only for attending day to day electric supply complaints of day to day mantenance of existing LT Panels involving replacement of meterials including connecting electrical accessories / spares of water supply installation from 0830 hrs to 1730 hrs and electrical fitting & light, short circuits in pump house including nothing the complaints from Nodal Point No. I and allied areas in complaints register and distribution to the trademen complete all as directed (any meterial required for atteding complaints shall be measured & paid seperately under respective item here after) Note:- The suitable shift duites as deems fit shall be decision of the Engr-in-charge

Notes for Item No 1.01 & 1.02 :- (i) The complaints shall be attended and the defects shall be rectified by a team of expert and experienced electrician/plumber as applicable assisted with adequate No of helpers complete all as specified and as directed. (ii) The complaints shall be attended and defect shall be rectified within 08 hrs commencing from date and time of notifying the complaint failing which a penalty @ Rs 500/- per complaint per day (08 hrs) shall be levied upon/imposed on the contractor and recovery shall be made from contractor's dues.Contractor rep shall be available wef 0800 hrs to 2000 Hrs to receive and notify the complained (iii) In case, after checking and attending the defect, it is not possible to rectify the defects within 08 hrs the facts shall be brought to the notice of Engineer-in -charge by the contractor /his rep . If Engineer -in-charge is satisfied with contractors view, no recovery will be made. (iv) While attending the complaint of water supply /Electric supply if earth work is required then the same shall be measured and paid seperately under appropriate item of Sch 'A' . However no extra payments shall be made for dewatering. (v) Cutting of GI pipe in position and threading is also deemed to be included in the job rate (Fitting and fixtures will be measured and paid separetely under respective item of Sch A. (vi) All T & P as well as dewatering motor single phase of 3HP with including 100 mtr cable, required for attending the complaints shall be provided by the contracor. (vii) The pipe fitter shall always be in possession of die set complete with cutters , boring Tups , Pipe wrench, Chain wrench,Caulking tools, set of spanners and ladders,wehicle/Ricksha etc Complete,all as required at site.

(viii) The elecrician shall always be in possession of all Electrician tools , LT Megger, Earth tester , Multimeter , Crimping tool, insulation tape, Hand gloves etc complete all as required at site and directed by Engr-in-charge. (ix) All material reqd at site for day to day maintenance shall be issued by Deptt under respective items here in after.

M&L for removing weeds and wild grass inside the installations using chemical spray and trimming trees and unwanted plants using petrol operated Tree/Grass cutting tools and dressing of the surface by scrapping high patches and filling low patches with the scrapping soil to give an even and neat look to the site and disposing off all the unwanted grass, bushes and debris complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. (Note:- Photographs of location date wise where weeds and wild grass of istallations required to be removed before execution and after completion of work will enclosed with RAR for payment purpose. If photographs not found attached with RAR, the same payment will not be allowed).

M & L in replacement Tank Cover/Valve Chamber Cover made out of mild steel plain sheet of any thickness as in cover for existing valve chamber along with provision of angle iron frame cut to length, bent to shape, welding and fabricate to requiredd shape/ size incl necessary fixing materials like hinges, nut/ bolts etc with two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primar and incl lifting handle and taking out the old unsv valve chamber cover complete all as specified and directed. (Note :- Old U/s material obtained from demolition shall be taken on charge in demolition/salvage register and enter page number in demolition statement. Necessary RV in scrap iron weight (KG) shall be taken into account and attach with RAR/F Bill)
