M&L for plain Cement concrete type B-1, 1:2:4 (20mm graded aggregate) average 50mm thick as padding over roof slab including maintain proper slope and making good the depressed/undulation portions on roof complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for Rendering 10mm thick in CM 1:3 mixed with water proofing compound/liquid as per manufactures instructions on concrete/brick surfaces finished even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified. ( Note :- WPC will be measured and paid separately).

M&L for Cleaning the roof surfaces and applying bitumen primer @0.20 Kg per Sqm providing and laying 4mm thick APP modified water proofing membrane weight not less than 4 Kg per Sqm reinforced with non woven polyester mat weight not less 160 gm per Sqm having softening point not less than 140 Degree centigrade, longitudinal tensile strength not less than 800N per 5 cm tearing strength of 180N (by torch application method) with minimum of 10 cm side laps and 15 cm end laps by application of torch. M&L for Paving bitumen applying evenly a priming/tack coat with bituminous primer at 6 Kgs/10Sqm using paving bitumen VG-30 over WBM surfaces allow it to penetrate at least 5 to 10 mm from top surface of WMM all as specified and as directed.

However price adjustment shall be made for less quantity of binder content.

Removal of excavated soil material to a distance exc 1.5 Km but not exc 5.0 Km and depositing as directed at a level not exceeding 1.50 above the starting point.
